Hi Jamie, Thanks for stopping by and the feedback. Doors Open Baltimore was our first day open to the public and we have made numerous improvements since then: Doubled the seating, added another checkout station, conducted additional staff training to speed up service, stocked non-alcoholic beverages and basic snacks. We have more extensive food from time to time and now always have a list of recommended restaurants a couple blocks over on N. Charles St. Andrew

Hi Kaitlin, Thanks for stopping by and we appreciate your patience as we work things out! We agree: more tables are already made and printed receipts will be coming soon to speed the checkout process. It was a tough decision to stop flights, but one that we did to try and decrease the wait time. The boxes were just convenient for holding half/full pours. Half pours are more expensive than flights because there's about 2x the volume mead in 4 halfs than in a flight. It was definitely our fault that we ran out of glassware and we are sorry for that. Would love to have you back on another day now that things are settling down and our service is improving. Andrew
