Views from the observation level are good. The observation level is well maintained. But not much the elevator and the ground level where you enter the building.

This is a nice tourist attraction. However, if you have a good hotel room and you're on a high floor, you can experience the same view(s). All in all, I would say it's definitely worth it to stop by here if you're downtown.

We were fortunate to be there right at the time of the airshow during fleet week. Having an F-35 jet come screaming right at you was an amazing sight! Even without the airshow it is an amzing view on all sides. The guide who was walking around was very friendly and informative.

Very cloudy, foggy, and rainy day, but still a great experience. The 9/11 tribute was beautiful. Also, if you do visit on a for day, it is half price for entry!

Baltimore is a very well planned city. It has its tall buildings, but unlike many cities, its high and low buildings are interspersed so that the skyline allows views of many of its beautiful preserved buildings of the past.
If you are interested in viewing this display of architecture throughout history, the best place to see this is from the enclosed 27th floor of the World Trade Center Baltimore. On a clear day you can see most of the city, with labels orienting you to London, Mexico, or other major cities.
Each view is accompanied by large easy to read displays detailing the history and buildings visible in that direction. From this height and with the varied buildings most of the city is easily viewed. Great way to see the city when the wind is at its worst.

We stopped on our way to National Aquarium. Our day was cloudy and overcast which limited my rating - nothing with the venue. You are right on top of the Inner Harbor and 360 view of Baltimore area. There are exhibits talking about places and people in the area’s history.

Extremely disappointed. AGAIN. 2nd year in a row we visited Inner Harbor and this place did not open. We waited 30 minutes in the lobby (starting 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled opening time. Security called them & we were told to come back in 1 hour, someone would be there to open. We went to lunch, returned and were told by Security that they would not be opening today. Completely flabbergasted at the lack of decency to open an advertised attraction on a scheduled day. You'll never hear me say anything nice after TWO visits to this attraction and they were never opened on the scheduled day! Horrible way to do business

I’m a fan of observation decks, and Top of the World gives a perfect 360 view of Baltimore from atop the World Trade Center on Inner Harbor.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Great 360 degree views of inner harbor, Baltimore, and surrounding area. Also appreciated the tribute to the 9/11 victims there also. Definitely worth the few dollars admission (8pp)

Amazing views of the harbor, but a lot of great detail and notes about the events of 9/11. it's definitely worth the $8.00 ride to the 27th Floor.

As long as you want. You can walk around be done in 5 mins or stay up there and enjoy for any length of time.
