Extremely disappointed. AGAIN. 2nd year in a row we visited Inner Harbor and this place did not open. We waited 30 minutes in the lobby (starting 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled opening time. Security called them & we were told to come back in 1 hour, someone would be there to open. We went to lunch, returned and were told by Security that they would not be opening today. Completely flabbergasted at the lack of decency to open an advertised attraction on a scheduled day. You'll never hear me say anything nice after TWO visits to this attraction and they were never opened on the scheduled day! Horrible way to do business

I’m a fan of observation decks, and Top of the World gives a perfect 360 view of Baltimore from atop the World Trade Center on Inner Harbor.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Great 360 degree views of inner harbor, Baltimore, and surrounding area. Also appreciated the tribute to the 9/11 victims there also. Definitely worth the few dollars admission (8pp)

Amazing views of the harbor, but a lot of great detail and notes about the events of 9/11. it's definitely worth the $8.00 ride to the 27th Floor.

It’s an amazing view! The 9/11 memorial at the top of the world is wonderful. You can spend as much or as little time there as you like. Very nice.

Right next door the aquarium, great 360 degree views of Baltimore and filled with exhibits of the history of what you're looking at. Definitely do once.

Worth a visit. Visited on a weekday and the observatory deck was almost empty and we could enjoy our view of the city.

Though it was a bit hard to see where to enter this building with some construction going on during the summer of 2022 we still enjoyed this stop in Baltimore. It was brutally hot outside but they had nice air conditioning and a nice top floor to walk around and get fantastic views of Baltimore. There was good signage so you knew what you were looking at pretty much and there was good historical information all around.

Definitely worth a visit! You can see for miles around all 4 sides of the building. The observation level also includes a very somber display and memorial to people from Maryland who lost their lives on 9/11.

I enjoyed the panoramic views of the city and Inner Harbor area. After walking around the city, it was nice to read about the history of various landmarks. The 09/11 tribute is nicely done to commemorate those from Maryland who lost their lives. I thought the experience was worth the entry fee.

As long as you want. You can walk around be done in 5 mins or stay up there and enjoy for any length of time.
