Karen was very nice. She was very thorough in showing us around the lake and how to operate the boat. The boat was spacious could even fit more than 10 people in my opinion. The lake was beautiful. My family and I enjoyed the entire experience. We will definitely be back.

Love, Love, Love these electric boats! We live on Stoney Creek and have rented a couple of times and it's a blast! Karen is awesome and she helped us pull out and with docking when coming back. Bring your own food and cocktails for a beautiful, scenic ride on the water. You actually feel like your on vacation and not on a creek in MD ;)

On four occasions over the past several months, we have taken this boat tour, with Baltimore Electric Boat Rental. Each voyage was wonderful! The ease of reservation, embarking, and navigation made each day a delight. The Duffy boats are comfortable to maneuver and the quiet motor facilitates conversation and time together. We took a bag with cokes, sandwiches, and cheeses and cruised the local waters, watching the wildlife, other boats, and the beautiful scenery. Also, Karen's advice and recommendations were very helpful in navigation, safety, and docking. We can't wait for our next outing!

So much fun! What a nice boat ride. It was very scenic and so relaxing. A nice cruise on the river, loved it! Captain Karen was awesome. So friendly. The process was quick and easy. Would highly recommend.

Great views, lovely boat, good times! Only constructive criticism would be to change the location on this site from Baltimore to Glenn Burnie. Since this is where most of your customers come to view pictures and reviews, and where you also direct your previous customers to come submit a review for potential customers…the location listed here, along with the statement “a relaxing cruise on the Inner Harbor touring historic sites” in your description, this is very misleading to customers as a whole. Especially when Glenn Burnie is located 30 minutes south of Baltimore.
Having planned my fiancé’s entire birthday in downtown Baltimore, I booked my reservation based off what I viewed and read here. After receiving my confirmation and calling to clarify the inner harbor description vs. the other address..I was Told that the best I could do was reschedule. no cancellations/refunds. With having to leave straight from other birthday plans in Baltimore, the 30minute ride to Glenn Burnie made us 30minutes late for our appointment. There was no offer to extend our time 30mins (as we’d previously understood from reading their cancellation policy) we were charged the full amount for the trip, plus the rate for an extra 30mins to compensate for the 30minutes missed, driving from the Inner Harbor. Very inconvenient to spending time at the inner harbor, and as previously stated ..misleading to customer who view this page that they direct us to to leave reviews. Great experience, but it could’ve been better had they been more understanding and accommodating. A-

I rented the Suncruiser for 2 hours with family and friends and everything was perfect! And i truly want to Thank Ms. Karen for all her help! You were amazing! Thank you again so so much A++++

We had an amazing time! Check-in and boat operation instructions were easy and straightforward. The quality of the boat was just as expected, we will definitely rent again!

We had a great time on the boat! We originally wanted to ride with a captian but decided on the spot to take the boat out ourselves...Karen, the owner, was able to accomodate this change with no issues! We will definitely return soon!
