PBR is located at a market place with a lot of others night entertainment places. At PBR we enjoyed watching the mechanic bull rides, dancing and listening to country music.

PBR is a cliche in bar form. 'Country' themed topped off with a mechanical bull and waitresses in chaps and bikini bottoms. I get the schtick,but it's overrated and not well executed. We ended up leaving after one drink because there was a group of 20 something guys leering at the waitresses dancing as if they were at a strip club. It was seriously creepy.

Kind of raunchy; loud and crowded. Definitely not a fun couple hang out unless you like watching people ride the bull and girls dancing on bartops wearing skimpy clothing. Also, no wine -- a bar without wine? seriously?

Most insane story: I'm a Pre-Med Student and have been to PBR 5 total times.
-My last time I was there I:
#1) Arrived at PBR Baltimore at 11pm
#2) Had a reserved table=$250
#3) Total Bill=$600 (including bottles + table)
#4) Was accused at 12:15am for "Snorting cocaine and smoking crack cocaine in the bathroom" Which I did not do and was thrown out. So I downloaded the yelp app because I couldn't believe what happened and want everyone to know my story. This is the most immorale establishment. I will continue to spread the word to the entire DC Maryland and Virginia community including the entire country. Do not go there. Do not support PBR it is run by bad & dishonest people. PBR is a corrupt establishment.
Avoid PBR at all costs. They are racist, and sexist. The staff is unprofessional in their behavior. They are twisted/untrustworthy crooks and criminals.
I never thought such a disgusting thing would have happened to me. I never thought I would ever have yelp either until this untrustworthy criminal experience by the PBR establishment. They are a complete failure and a complete insult.

PBR is awesome. Staff is very cute. Atmosphere is perfect for a great time.If you contact one of their bartenders in advance you can get on their guest list for free cover, no line and 1st drink free!

Do not come here if you like to be treated with respect. My friend and I (2 50 yr.old gentlemen) were thrown out 2 minutes after paying a 15$ cover each for leaning against a railing. That's right, we were looking over a rail for 1-2 minutes while we searched the lower level for our missing friend. A nasty, jerk bouncer ordered us away from the rail, when I reasonably asked what the problem was, we were ordered out without even a chance to explain ourselves. I have been hanging out in clubs 35 years and have never been so treated by staff in any establishment.. Charm city is filled with wonderful hospitable places to hang out and be treated right. "Steer" clear of PBR!

If you go to PowerPlant, you have to go to PBR. Great music - it's a mix of country, rock, and pop hits. Pretty girls in chaps, hot guys in ripped jeans :) It's good for all those involved! If you want to ride the bull, be prepared to wait in line for hours.

Bull riding! Need I say more!? Gorgeous women dressed in chaps and not much else pepper the bar. Large spacious venue, great second story patio over the powerplant, and very courteous staff. A good old fashioned fun night out. Oh yeah and for beer drinkers, you can actually buy a 40oz. It's a country bar with club energy. Go see Julie and ride Jack the bull!
