Imagine the shiniest Diner you have ever seen? That's the Hollywood Diner just on the edge of Baltimore! For this cleanliness minded reviewer, I was ready to see if the inside matched the outside! Immaculate inside! BAM....LOVE IT!
So, to the menu, Over the Top, pages and pages of options! Not the most I have ever seen on a menu, but definitely close!
Everyone got something different in our party of 3, and we were ALL Blown Away! Huge portions, and came out piping hot, and did I mention, Delicious!!!
Service was EXCELLENT! Waiter tried to make suggestions, which was nice but we knew what we wanted and we were hungry. Waiter made sure we happy and offered to give a To Go Cup with refreshed Soda and Iced Tea! On a Hot Summer Day, much appreciated! Needless to say, he got a good tip!
Can't wait to go back. Easy to find right off 95, a little tricky if you are coming from the Johns Hopkins Area, but Google Maps will take you right to it, and if you are heading back on 95, easy access! A must visit and was reviewed by Diners, Drive Ins and Dives!

Visiting from Delaware and hotel staff recommended Hollywood Diner,
we ordered appetizers and they were so large we got full and had leftovers to take back to hotel. Took dessert to go, chocolate mouse it was to die for and too much for one person.

This is an old fashioned diner that was once featured in the movie, "The Diner", and has that old diner feeling to it. Breakfast was very good with my husband having the biscuits, sausage & gravy plus the tasty and unexpected bonus of fried potatoes added to it; I had a custom bacon sandwich with generous, meaty bacon on substantial fresh white bread. Prices were very low -- $4 for his and $3 for mine. Our friendly waitress, Amber, explained that her dad is the chef, and her mom and sister are the waitstaff; all the cakes are homemade by her mom and herself, and they both went to a special cake-making school. When they learned that we were new to the area and didn't know how to find an area attraction, her dad came out and personally explained how to get there. We found our table and glasses to be clean and the food and service very good. The building shows its age around the edges but the family running the food service is very friendly and eager to please; soft Motown music plays in the background. There are limited parking spots on the left side of the restaurant. We enjoyed the experience and are glad we went.

ate here ne time - usued to be an old Denny's...looked cool from the outside - but inside it looked like they had never cleaned up from the last patron - I had to ask fo hem to wipd down the table - food was just aweful not sure where the cooks learned to cook - but we ordered very simple dishes - the galsses looked like they had not been washed and there was stuff floating in our glasses - nnedless to say we did not finish our meal - and told the managers we would tip our waitress - becasue she was the only good thing about the place - will never go back!

After a night of partying in Jersey we like to end our night at the diner…in Baltimore we found the Hollywood diner. It was your typical diner. The service was fast and good. There was a big variety of food offered and plenty of parking. It was very busy, but they had plenty of staff to take care of the “after club” rush.
