Center stage is my favorite because it is small, so good seating, Parking is easy and staff are helpful. The musicals are the coolest, from Bob Marley to Stax, the Musical (saw it twice, it was so good!).

Recently went here for an Equality Maryland event. Space is very nice and easy to navigate. Parking is plentiful.

We frequently attend the Everyman Theatre and always enjoy their productions. They are in a newly renovated space and the Pearlstone Theatre is beautiful. Somewhat small and inviting - there is no bad seat! You really feel a part of the stage. The productions have all been high quality with the finest actors, directors, set designers, and sound engineers. We’ve never had a bad experience.
Yesterday we saw “Funhome” in the Head Theatre on the 4th Floor. I didn’t even know it was there. It’s a wonderful small theatre. Again - not a bad seat to be found. An immersive theatre experience with top notch talent in every area of the production.
We would highly recommend this theatre. You can see fabulous shows at reasonable prices. And there is a parking garage right across the street! Very easy and convenient.

This place seems to always be in a state of improvement. My wife and I always enjoy traveling down the highway to take in a show at the Center Stage, because the quality is just as good as any off-Broadway production we've ever seen. The productions are always believable and the play we saw - A Wonder In My Soul - was most memorable. We usually take a meal at the restaurant located on the 2nd level, but this time we limited our intake to coffee and cookies at the 1st level Cafe and Bar. But be assured that the restaurant offers both very healthy and very decadent choices, if you like. We really look forward to our next visit.

We go to a lot of theater in DC but hadn't been to Center Stage in Baltimore until very recently. It's a great venue and the production we saw of King of the Yees was first rate. We'll be back.

We came here for the first time to see Thomas Dolby. His show was great. The venue is very nice. The bartender was friendly, the usher not so much. We sat in the balcony and had a great view. It was general admission seating and we had no problems. The only negative would be that the seats are very uncomfortable. They seem very old and worn. Of course, most theatre seats are that way.

I am embarrassed to admit that I am a lifelong Baltimorean and just visited Center Stage, Such a wonderful theater! We saw "Soul, the Stax Musical" and had the most enjoyable time. Will definitely return

We absolutely loved the CenterStage world premiere of "SOUL: The Stax Musical" this past weekend. If you remember the music of Otis Redding, Wilson Picket, Isaac Hays, Booker T, Rufus and Carla Thomas, and the Staple Singers, you will will also enjoy this production. There is soul music and dancing in the lobby before the show, and Rufus spends some time in the balcony, Our favorite numbers included "Gee Whiz", " Sittin' by the Dock of the Bay", "Wait for the Midnight Hour", and "Shaft", but there is much more to love. This show belongs in New York, either on or off Broadway.
