After taking my mother to this shop today to buy beads, she came out of the store very upset. Said the sales associate's were very rude and belittled her questions concerning a project my she was working on. I will not refer this store to anyone, and my mother will not be a returning costumer. My mother is the sweetest woman in the world. You people should be happy I was out waiting in the car with my infant. You would have heard an earful from me. Learn some respect. I will find a nicer store for my mother to go to.
