Great place for kids of all ages. It's a safe and friendly environment with well trained staff. Great party music appropriate for small kids. And it's full of activities your kids will love, mini golf, lazer tag, bumper cars, and roller skating. The pizza is great, and reasonably priced. And sometimes they offer a walk-in early bird special that you just can't beat. If your looking for something to keep your kids busy I recommend Fun City.

Where do I start.. This was the worse birthday party my son has ever had. They have ruined his birthday. I arrived on time for the birthday event, and the doors were not open at 3 pm. Once we entered into the facility, it was dark. They advised us there were no lights and that bge was aware of the situation and will be out shortly. Regardless, on the darkness, coldness, and lateness; I still had faith that they would make a professional decision. So I asked her how long do she think the problem will take to resolve because I had the guest arriving. As she still was allowing customers to sign waivers and charging full prices, I believed the inconvenience would be handled swiftly, or they would not just continue to allow people especially children to enter.
I paid for my party, and they went to get their skates. As I looked around the building, I was displeased with the false advertisement. The pictures they have posted are fraudulent. The bumper car area is tiny and also the golf area. I was unable to see the laser area due to the power outage. The skate rank was decent. They had a generator run and extension cords. There was power on one side of the build. We moved over to that side. As my party arrived the children complained about being old and hungry. I went to the front to check on the progression, and the lady told me another ten minutes. I paid for more guest as they arrived. My guest asked can we order food and have it delivered for the time being or will the food be discounted. The lady stated no the lights will be on we can wait.
Fast forward the story; the children were skating, and all the lights went out. The balloon float deflated on the children; which could have cause them to be suffocated. They were running over top of each other because they were scared and that could have caused someone to be trampled over. As people were yelling to try to find their children with the help of their cellphone lights, they were still collecting money.
I went to the front and asked for a refund to leave and find somewhere else to go. The lady was combative and out of everything I was explaining to her events that she can clearly see that happen. She responded with ignorance and arrogance. That refunding the money is an inconvenience for her, and we signed a waiver form. I did not know the waiver was for things falling on the children or them being hurt because someone is more worried about a profit versus their license, customers safety, and just plain common sense.
I tried to support black-owned businesses, but the disrespect, lack of customer service, or care for human life (children) is sad. If I could sit outside and discourage everyone from entering into that building, I would.

such a fun place to go, and very affordable, they even have birthday packages! laser tag, bumper cars, mini golf, arcade games, moon bounce, xbox room, and the food is very affordable, you will defintely have a good time, and I guarentte you your children will be begging you to take them back, mine does!

This place just opened!! They have got laser tag, bumper cars, mini golf, arcades, party room and great staff!! This is a fantastic place for birthday parties, camps, family outings or just to take the family!!
