Bad Customer Service on phone

I called to find out info on my son and his friends getting a ride from Loyola University in Maryland, to the airport and back. I was asked by Gina for the address of pickup. I said, "Do you pick up at the University." "Yes. What is the address of pickup?" I told her that I only know that it's the University. 5-6 times she asked, "What is the address of pickup." Your business is in Baltimore. You routinely pickup and drop off students at the University. You know where it is! The kids can meet you anywhere on campus. After the phone call, I looked up reservations online, and there are 2 locations for pickup on campus. Really, Gina? Was it that hard to be helpful and share information? "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is helping people in your area of expertise. Plus your business just lost 4 kids riding with your company to and from the airport.

BWI is the good service. When my sister went there she remommended me to use bwi shuttle service. Sedan was following Coronavirus protocols and have good service.

DO NOT USE BWI Sedan & Shuttle. I live 5 minutes from the airport and was quoted by phone $80 round trip for airport transportation, however they charged me $80 for the pickup then sent a $70 invoice for the return. For a party of 4, my invoice says midsize SUV, well we were crammed into a small SUV with luggage and carry on bags. If your flight is delayed or changed, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone.

I had to cancel travel and use of this service. I know they are inundated with cancellations, but they WILL NOT answer their phones, they WILL NOT respond to emails. I recommend you NEVER use this service. They lie about their customer service. It’s the worst I’ve ever experience pd in 40+ years of travel. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Been to many airports. Most of the bwi employees are lazy, unprofessional. I was early for my flight but they lied to me and I ended up watching my plane depart without me. No effort to get us on the flight. Useless staff.

Beyond terrible, aggravating and overpriced

Reserved in advanced and paid. Arrived at BWI, NO shuttle, but a text message with a phone number to call the driver. Called him, he was at home and said he was not working. Called Baltimore dispatch, after 15 minutes on hold, they told me they were looking for another driver.
Told them to forget it, I would take a taxi, which was cheaper and right outside. Better get a refund, or will dispute with credit company. Stay AWAY FROM THIS MISERABLE COMPANY.

AVOID BUT IF YOU USE THEM CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT FOR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

I used BWI Limo Service for round trip transportation from Laurel to Dulles airport. I made the reservation and payment 30 days before our trip with. On Monday, Dec 3rd, 2018, three days before the scheduled pick up, my debit card was charged for the random amount $289.60. When I called to question the charge I was told by the rep he will have to look into it but the accounting dept was closed so he would call me the next day which was reasonable because it was after 10 pm. I called again the next day because by mid afternoon no one called me. I was told it was still being looked into. A manager called back, apologized for the charge, said the wrong card was charged and that my money would be refunded by the next day Wednesday, Dec 4th. He even gave me a different # to call him directly if it's not refunded. Not only has my money not been refunded as of today January 23, 2019 at 5:43 pm EST, my card was charged again for random amount $181.44 on Jan 5th. By Dec 26th I was so frustrated with being told it would be refunded but nothing happened that I disputed the charge with my bank. On Jan 2nd my bank issued a provisional credit but then debited my account on Jan 3rd because the vendor denied/refused to reimburse me. At this point per my bank I had to deal with the vendor again. The $181.44 charge was refunded on Jan 7th however the $289.60 still has NOT been refunded and next Saturday will be 60 days. Each time I call, by the way no one ever calls or follows up with me without me initiating the call, an explanation and apology is given as to why it's taking so long. Twice I've been told that if my money isn't refunded then I will be given a check. Not that I would trust anything other than a certified check at this point but that hasn't been done either. I wish I never used them which is sad because the transportation portion of the service was fine. If anyone chooses to use them be careful and use a prepaid card if possible because I don't anyone to deal with the stress and aggravation I'm experiencing because of this situation.

On 11/16/2018 my wife and I arrived at Reagan National Airport(DCA) proceeded to baggage claim where we looked for our driver and there was no driver. After much email, cell phone, and text communications, Mike (Last Name Unknown) apologized for our inconveniences, indicated we would receive a full refund $250 and free transportation services on 11/19/2018 from our hotel to BWI. So, today is 1/8/2018 and after ongoing phone calls, emails, and the Better Business Bureau having no luck, it is social media time.

This is not a reputable company and anyone else having issues with this company should add to this post to make others aware!!!

I paid for SUV pickup for my parents at BWI with meeting them at the bottom of the escalator/elevator area. This was an extra service and cost more money. Driver never came in, did not answer the phone until he was called on the seventh call making my parent find him.

Made complaint to company with 36 hours, told they will get back in touch with me. No return call and now they don't answer the phone or return messages. I hope they are out of business - a total disgrace.

BWI Limo Service - AVOID AT ALL COST

Although the website states on time guarantee. Do not believe it. I used BWI Limo Service at 240-686-6054 or 240-686-6066. Used for airport to DC and return trip. To DC the driver wanted to drop me off on a street corner becuase he did not know where the address was that I provided but it was easily seen on google maps. On my return trip, the driver was over an hour late picking up when I had prepaid for service. I was in constant contact with company and all they said was driver would be there in 10 min. When I complained to the company on being late, their response was just "I get that" . I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
