I was at the shop with my son purchasing some gear. I learned that he needs different gear and tried to call to see what their return/exchange policy was. No one answers the phone... I called approximately 10 times through out 2 days...left messages, sent emails...with NO response. While they may have great gear and are very knowledgeable, the customer service is poor.

This shop and its employees truly care about you as an individual, and making sure your questions are answered and your needs are met. I'm one to ask tons of questions, sometimes maybe too many questions, but it's never phased anyone I've talked to at the shop - they are always very willing to give you as much information as possible, and make sure you are helped in whatever you need.
Right now, they are doing online webinars for courses that can accommodate that type of training to help people continue their education while most everyone is stuck inside their homes during this pandemic.
I attended the East Coast Divers Equipment Webinar on 4/8/20, and loved every minute of it. Alex was wonderful and very informative. He went through every standard piece of dive gear, and many additional components/accessories in great detail, and also recommended items to add to your save-a-dive kit. He also listed the items he uses in his setup, which is valuable information coming from an experienced scuba gear tech like him. The webinar lasted just short of 5 hours, and I could have sat there listening to him for much, much longer. The webinars that ECD are doing right now are fantastically appreciated for those of us stuck at home and longing for anything dive-related to focus on. Thank you, ECD, and I look forward to many more training sessions and visits with you!

Arranged for my Suunto D4 to be serviced, battery change etc. flooded during pressure testing on account of the unit being 10 years old - impossible to predict but Nick was relentless in his pursuit of making it right even though it was my failure to maintain properly over ten years and a possible fault. I won't go into details here but needless to say I am tremendously satisfied and rather humbled by these guys and their attitude to making my situation right. I have been involved with divers and dive shops for two decades and I have to honestly say that I have never encountered this kind of professionalism and service from simply wonderful people. HIGHLY recommended
