The trip was a great place to take the kids for a party. The food was great and so were the games. The prices are reasonable as well.

This place has completely gone down hill the last few years. Why should an adult who uses crutches, who will not be able to go on anything they have there be charged $7 to enter the facility. This is such a disgrace and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not only that but the lady was extremely rude, if you don't like your job then maybe you need to find a place where you will be happy. This is supposed to be a fun place and used to be a fun place when it was owned by other individuals.

I have came here for many many birthday parties...the kids love it...after watching what happened this week we will NEVER be back! The female owner took a “break” and sat down on her phone and left no one at the food station. A customer waited to be helped and the owner didn’t even acknowledge her. Customer walked away and front desk male owner and an older lady was there-asked her is something wrong? She told them and male owner said he would handle it-LOL-that’s a joke! Customer sat at tables to watch her kids play and the female owner who was on “break” came up to her literally hovering over her an inch away yelling at her “you told on me?” Female owner argued for 10 minutes-male owner watched and did nothing. Customer kept telling her to walk away! Owner argued with customer in front of child! It took the older lady (maybe 70) to walk owner away. These people have absolutely NO customer service skills and lost mine, hers and many others I will be telling- business! Wow! Get out of the business if you don’t know how to treat customers! Oh, and if you go on break-HELLO??? It’s called get someone to cover for you!!!! An apology to that customer would have been nice instead of arguing over top of her!

I happened to see this place as I was driving down route 1(to avoid traffic). After having seen the sign for it on two different occasions I decided to stop in and take a look. I was pleasantly surprised!! There were several bounce houses! The building was nice and cool despite the outside temperature. It was very clean. There were signs clearly posted requiring the wearing of socks and required height and weight standards to play in/on certain bounce houses. There is a toddler area separate from the big kid area....I would highly recommend this place if you just want to get your little ones out of the house for a bit. The pricing was reasonable and the staff (to include management) was very kind and helpful.

Inflated play ground and bouncy castles. Little small but fun for the young ones. I wouldn't suggest this for any child 10 and older. Just not enough activities beyond that age. Owner not family-friendly. Rules I get for the safety of everyone. But felt like you were being attacked. Idk how you run a kid amusement center and not be friendly. But overall it something to do and wear out your lil ones. Socks are required so please make sure you bring them or pay 3.00 a pair. Overall ok I guess

My letter to the business owner's since they have refused to contact me back after several attempts. The manager (owner's wife) has told me that she has informed them. What business owner would not want to hear from their customers?
Good afternoon, I have called multiple times this week to ask for an owner to discuss what occurred at the hands of your manager on Saturday June 25, 2016.
I first want to start off saying that I love your facility. My 5 year old loves your facility. I think this is a great place to have in Stafford, VA and for our youth. So thank you for your business.
On Saturday June 25 2016 I held a fun birthday party for my 5 year old. All the children truly enjoyed themselves. Everyone was safe and very involved. Big help to the parents.
Unfortunitly there are a few things I wanted to bring to the attention of the owners because I believe you must care about your business.
First, I was charged incorrectly. I had 12 children, not 14 as I was charged. The manager claimed I had 14, which I did not. And if I did have 14 kids, why wouldn't my package be moved to the $250 package (15 kids) that includes 2 large pizzas so I would have not be charged even more for an additional pizza (only 1 pizza comes with the $199 package for 10 kids)?
Also, I was constantly approached by an employee who looked like he could have been 17 maybe, that the manager keep sending over to me to advise me that I need to be out of the room by a certain time. This employee literally approached about the same thing at least 3-4 times. I am 30 years old with 3 kids, I am very sure that I can understand your instructions and our contractual agreement the first time that I was made aware.
Lastly, because the pizzas should have been in the room by 2:15 PM (in order for us to be out of the room by 3:00PM) I had to ask the manager if we could please have additional time. That should've been offered. She did let us stay in the room until 3:00 and the kids could jump for additional 15 mins.
At 3:30 the employee who looks like a teenager approached me and said "My manager said you all have to leave, your time is up". Just very very rude.

We were here for a birthday party with our 4 year old and 2 year old. They loved it. There were 7 different bounce houses to go in. The older kids had several on one side of the building and there were 3 others on the other side. That made it nice and safer for the little ones. I'm not sure of the cost but it was a great experience for the kids.

Reviewed it before but after a couple years we just keep going back. The owners have started to recognize us and are always super friendly. I honestly couldn't think of a single negative thing to say about this place.

What was just suppose to be a pleasant way to pass a couple hours during the cold winter weather ending up being an awful experience that I felt obligated to share with others who might be falsely led to think that KD’z KIDz World is a respectable establishment that deserves their business. To start with we have actually come here several times in the past and experienced no issues. However, today was a different experience and demonstrated not only the owners lack of professionalism, but their callous attitude towards a three year old child. One of the bounce houses that they have is a zip line. On the outside it clearly states adults are not allowed inside and an attendant is required for children to play inside. In the past the attendant, who was an owner, simply held the bottom of string to keep the disc that the child sits on in place so it doesn’t twirl around without laying a hand on the child. In the past that’s all it took and my daughter did everything else by herself. Today, there were several kids who wanted to go on the zip line, but there was no attendant to help them. The first major red flag was when the two owners, who were standing in the front and had a clear view of the zip line, completely ignored the fact that several kids wanted to play. My daughter was one of the kids who wanted to play. As we were walking over to it I saw one of the kids climb into the zip line house, with no one working inside, and fall from the top which is a good six feet and come out crying. The owners did not even bother seeing if the child was okay.
Finally, I went over to them and asked if someone could help my daughter, since I was not allowed to go in. From the moment I asked them this the African American lady had a major attitude and starts mumbling that my daughter could not even do it. I informed her that she had done it many times in the past. When we got over their the lady, who turned out to be an owner, simply grabbed the line and dropped it right in my daughters face and walked off to the side. My daughter tried to hold onto the robe and get on the disc but it kept spinning it circles. I very politely asked if she could simply hold rope at bottom like other owners had in past and immediately her attitude came back full force. She said they were not suppose to help at all due to insurance and my daughter should just go to something else. I told her I get that, but past owners had simply held bottom to stop it from spinning and zip line was main reason we came back. Then she simply said she would not do anything and just walked away and went back to the front and disappeared.
And this is where the lack of not only respect and professionalism came into play full force, but also the complete disregard for my three year old safety. For when she left and simply walked away my daughter was still at the top of the zip line, visibly upset and trying to climb on by herself. The utter hypocrisy blew my mind and led me to write this review. How dare she stand there and refuse to just hold the string to stop the disc from spinning and not help in any other way whatsoever, but leave my daughter at the top of a six foot drop off trying to climb on with no supervision. If she had fallen then a serious injury could have been incurred and I could not have gotten to her in time. To wrap it up, the owners were to busy having a personal conversation to assist kids with a ride and a little boy ended up in tears due to their negligence. Also, the owner with a major attitude, could not simply hold the bottom of the rope, but she had absolutely no problem abandoning my three year old at the top of a six plus drop off. How dare you say you talk about safety, but leave a three year old in a precarious situation without a second thought. This shows a frightening lack of caring for someone who makes part of their livelihood of children.

We go here about once a week! The owners are friendly. The place is clean. My kids LOVE it. We've also done several stress-free Birthday Parties here and the staff is wonderful!
