I really enjoyed this. It’s a great way to see part of Alaska and there are some surprises along the way. I enjoyed the Athabascan village.

Very good trip. The guide (Jim) was excellent. Seeing the Sled Dog demonstration and facility was the highlight. Indian Village good, except for mosquitos. Lunch prior to trip was very good

On 9/12/19, I took a ride on the Tanana Chief. What a wonderful ride it was! We learned a lot of Fairbanks history, and visited a recreated Athabascan village. I loved it all!

This quaint steamboat tour was terrific. the on board guide provided tons of stories about the Athabaskan natives, as well as current Alaska life. Plenty to see and do, highly recommend!!

Lots of great scenery, get to watch a sled dog kennel run their dogs, Indian village tour. Very enjoyable relaxing afternoon.

We had an option of two boats tours while in Fairbanks. We took this one since it was cheaper than the other and because it was a double paddle wheel boat. Am I so glad we picked this one! I have NEVER had better prime rib in my entire life!! I dont make that statement lightly either. The crew was very friendly and the service was wonderful. There were only approximately 10 people on the tour and we loved it. I cannot stress how good all the food was and it was buffet style. The Captain was also fun. As we were standing outside watching the houses go by he blew the horn and pointed and laughed at us as we jumped. This is a family run business with a small crew. It was a great experience and I am so glad we did it. That prime rib though.....

A very nice half day with a great host that explained a lot of Alaskan history. We had the chance to see how they lived in the past as well as some sled dogs being trained. A bush pilot take off and land beside the boat not to mention a nice ride on a stern paddle-wheel boat. There were a few stops along the way and a very nice lunch afterwards.

Half day tour that had tons of information and was done very professionally. So much information they gave out with several stops along the tour including 1 hour in a village.Even had a float plane take off & landing. This was teh 1st activity from Princess Land/Cruise and it was a great way to start out.

Wonderful dinner wonderful ride gracious host. This is a must do in Fairbanks. Adults, kids, teens, all loved it. Best prime rib in town too. Best. Melt in your mouth tender. Rest of dinner great too, Alaska ingredients and delicious. Relaxing and perfect. Lovely old time atmosphere.

wastye of time, not professional, no call back, cruises cancelled for summer, website not updated, and flyers still in visitors center. do not bother
