Lacey and her sled dogs provide a once in a lifetime experience to Alaska visitors! She is knowledgeable and excellent at commanding her team through a picture perfect Alaskan landscape. Lacey will meet you at a convenient location (where I was delivered by Alaska’s Best Shuttle and Tours owner, Paul) then it”s off on her comfortable sled for your unbelievable trip. Lacey and each one of her dogs adore one another which results in a great experience for her visitors. Enjoy your ride!

They love their dogs and dogs love them. Very well behaved and gave us a very warm welcome! I went with my wife and 2 year old kid. We all 3 were able to sit in their big sled(best part) because we don't want to sit separately on this ride :). A dogs has great strength that they had no problems at all while pulling us. Dogs were as excited as us and everybody was so excited and energetic that it made our ride so amazing, exciting and energetic. In the middle, we had a photo shoots as well, the complete ride was so relaxing and exciting. Owner was so friendly. Bookings were as easy as calling your friend. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I am surely coming to you guys on my next visit to fairbanks alaska! Greetings from Georgia state!

We had an excellent time.The dogs were well mannered and excited to pull. The owner was first rate and loved her dogs and sledding. You can visit her web site for more details and photos. Enjoy.

We had so much fun on this tour with Marco and Lacey! They are great guides and have wonderful friendly pups! We enjoyed every minute of it! Highly recommend!!

We made the best decision to have dog sledding with Northern Dogsong Journeys! Marco and his family are super super nice people. Our car got stuck in the snow the first time we met them and they all came to help us. Their dogs are so cute and we had so much fun playing with them. Marco is experienced and gave us a whole hour of true dog sledding experience! The view along the trail was pretty nice. Really worthwhile and unforgettable.

One of my daughters and one of my grandkids didn't want to go because they thought the dogs were being abused being made to drag a sled around. We were given lots of time to pet and get to know each dog while they were being attached to the sled. I explained that the dogs were saying pick me next not get me out of here. A couple of them pulled at our heartstrings. It was a really nice, comfortable ride when we were not on the snowmobile tracks.

We did a perfect dog sledding around Goldstream Creek and totally enjoyed it!
The owner was experienced, very friendly and thoughtful. Lacy and Marco let us met every member of the dog family team before the trip and we even learned how to operate the antique handmade sled and put harnesses on dogs!

We did the 6 mile tour with them and had a great time. The owners were very friendly, their dogs were super cute and the trail was beautiful. We also learned about the dog sledding operation.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have the real dog sledding experience.

My husband and I did the 2 hour tour with Marco & Lacey the day before the last day of our trip, and it was such a perfect way to end our trip! They are very nice people. They made sure that we are warm and comfortable. The dogs are also full of energy!! I booked this tour at the last minus but it turns out that this is the best part of our trip!! Give it a try.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dog sledding with Northern Dogsong Journeys. Lacy and her husband, Marco were very friendly and informative and we would highly recommend them to anyone. They were happy to stop for photos which we love to take. The dogs were well controlled, in beautiful condition and well looked after. Thank you from Karyn and Dante.

In the planning stages of a family trip in August. Are there tours available then? Not sure of season/location/availability

Sorry, we are closed in August due to lack of snow. The season begins somewhere between November and January depending on the year and amount of snow accumulated. It generally lasts until April, although in 2019 the season ended in early March. The earliest ever!
