I would recommend this place to anyone. I came here to drop my bags on my way to the airport, because I wanted to explore Williamsburg for bit. After I came in, I realised I had left my phone in the cab. The gentleman in this shop was extremely helpful and kind and he did everything to try and get my phone back. Together we were able to connect my laptop to their WiFi, after which I was able to track down the taxi driver, which he let me call with his phone. In the end I got my phone back. I still had some time to explore the area, so I also left my luggage and I (obviously) felt absolutely secure about doing that. A million thanks to the wonderful people in this shop 🙏

My mom needed an big duffle bag to travel with golf clubs, and couldn’t find any. It was 4 hrs before her flight and we luckily found The Travel Store. They have EVERYTHING! And they saved my mom and her golf club.
Guys there are very friendly and didn’t stop till they found something suitable.

Real gem of a store. Nice family establishment with very high-quality products at very good prices. Bought a large Samsonite laptop backpack that i absolutely love, and made two friends in the process. Highly recommend

Tour de 8 dias por Egipto, acabamos de volver y estamos encantados todo de 10, excepto al guia Nasser que es de 20 y mas, nos ha hecho el viaje muy ameno, nos ha resuelto todas nuestras incidencias, muy paciente y una gran persona. Gracias a Nasser de parte de los maños. Os lo recomendamos!!

Great place to drop off your luggage during the day ! The price as well as the service were perfect :) And best part ? only 5 mn away by foot from the subway line that goes to JFK airport. Totally recommended !

It was also fun to talk to few staffers on our way out...checkin and checkout were a breeze...very close to Marcey station
