Undergroud bands from all around the world drop by on an almost daily basis to perform on this bar, presenting really unique opportunities to discover new sounds. The beer is good and has a decent price, and the place was kept orderly enough every time I visited.

Essa casa é bem conhecida por seus shows de metal alternativo, muitas das bandas que eu gosto, tocam por lá. Infelizmente no dia que fomos não havia show, apenas uma festa anos 80, mas foi a chance que tivemos de conhecer o local. É pequeno e com uma decoração peculiar bem dive bar.

Location can be a bit difficult to locate since it does not have signage but it's def there. I Attended a local band show at this spot. Great industrial setting, and layout. The bar is separated to the back area so u can take a break from being near the stage, hang and talk w/ friends and etc. bar has a great selection being that it's predominantly a show venue. selection ranges from tecate, PBR, Heineken, Brooklyn lager and others.
A lot of great local eateries near all in walking distance. Street Parking can be a bit rough depending on the time of day. It is also near public transportation. I will def be visiting this location again.

\m/ This is my favorite place in all of Brooklyn. In fact, its probably the number one reason I still live in this borough - to make it easier to get to Vitus. Its one of the last places in Fisher-Price America where you can mosh and crowd surf like the good ol' days, without being regulated by some corporate security. The kind of talent they get here is unbelievable, and the bar rocks too. I've been going to shows in this scene for over 20 years, all over the North East coast, and I've never been to better shows or a venue I've loved more than Saint Vitus Bar.
Also the steamed buns kickass too.

endroit très sympa, déco sympa avec projection de film de série z au mur, nombreux concerts metal (attention à la qualité du son!)
