We had a blast having drinks at Shamrock with the great music provided by Roy Saunders! Such fun! We visit the Shamrock every time we’re in Gatlinburg because they have live music and we like the outside patio!

Drinks were good but 21 dollars for 2 is kind of high! Bathrooms were disgusting! Mens had stopped up toilets and urine all over floor and dirty! Womens dirty but I am assuming not as bad as mens.

Avoid this place at all costs. They will put extra drinks to the tune of $60 to $80 and threaten to call police if you do not pay the tab. Worst experience of my life. Was to the definition extorted.

Should have a - 1 choice. We sat ourselves (4) at a table. Bartender disappeared for several minutes. When he finally got to our table he demanded our ID's. One person in the group only had her carry permit with sufficient information and, it's a state government ID. The dude was very rude and wouldn't accept her ID. We got up and got out of there. He didn't care about losing business. Don't go here.

Shame on the management and the owner of this place. They have two bartenders that take orders for food and drinks, deliver the food and drinks, and when they have a spare minute have to clean up the tables (which can be hard to come by with a few customers in the place and New Years Day). We sat and watched as the customers started cleaning their on tables and taking the dirty dishes up to the bar. A customer who was sitting at the table beside us even cleared our table and took it to the bar because she said she needed to move a little bit. The only reason we continued to stay at this place was the entertainment which was top notch, but even then they had the musician stand outside and play music instead of clearing out an unused corner inside so she could at least be warm. I hope if someone in Nashville is looking for a musician and bartenders they take them away from this dreadful place and give them the recognition they deserve. Even the cook and I am sure there was probably only one deserves a thumbs up.

I had been really looking forward to stopping in here for a couple of drinks and was disappointed. The venue and beer were both fine but the staff did let this place down. We were asked to wait a second-which is fine even though it wasn't busy and the bartender then went to serve someone who had walked in a couple of minutes after us, I'm guessing this was a local but I like to think my money is as good as anyone's.

Tony is great!! But you need a heater outside please. It is November 19th and freaking cold outside. But other than that Tony is a great bartender!

After a day of hiking we decided to stop by for a drink and an appetizer on the rooftop.it was 5 o’clock and very quiet I ordered a glass of Chardonnay at the bar because there are no servers.. After a few minutes the bartender said she couldn't find any, they must be out. I asked to try the Pinot Grigio. She took out the bottle and there wasn’t enough for a glass. We said thanks anyway but we would go someplace else. She said that she would go downstairs and see if they had Chardonnay there. They did. While we were waiting the other bartender finally came over to assist the 2 other customers who had been waiting quite awhile. The customer attempted to make small talk with the bartender who could not be bothered. What a shame. This place has so much potential but the service is just terrible.

We have been going to this place for years. Love the new updates. Love having multiple options on street level or third floor. Always love listening to local musicians. Every time we have been here, we find new friends. Great vibe at the 3rd floor patio. Drinks were cold, staff was friendly. Our go to in Gatlinburg, especially since Puckers is gone. We commiserated with the staff from Puckers. Hope it is up and running before too long. Shamrock is the best bar in Gatlinburg to make you feel at home.
