This is the path that is right behind bathrow in Hots Springs National park alone the path you will see the Hot Springs actually coming out of the ground and steaming. You will also see the boxes the cover the springs so the can pipe it into bathhouses. Make sure the walk behind bathhouses and in front to see all the accessible Hot Springs. Also, don’t miss the fill up stations to get the fresh hot water I. You water bottles. Great history and beautiful scenery. If you in Hot Springs you must do this to see and understand the significance of the place. Also, make sure to stop by Fortyce Bathhouse which is the visitor center for the NP ( you can self walk through the 3 story bath house to see it)

Beautiful Walk with lots of scenery. It becomes clear as to why this was part of the health and recovery regime of the times. Just a great place to either listen to nature on your walk or find a good tune and put your music while relaxing and taking in the sights

The promenade was fun and interesting and the pools were very “warm”. Th walk isn’t too long but something to see all along the promenade

It isn't terribly long and there are enough places to sit along the walk if needed. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave and I could have used a bit more shade. It was very safe so a lovely evening stroll would be good too. If you only do one walk in Hot Springs, make this the one.

We started our walk at the Arlington Hotel end and walked to the other end near the abandoned hospital. It's an even surface with plenty of benches placed throughout the length. There is a lot of tree and shrubbery overgrowth along the way, but much of the backside of Bathhouse Row is visible.

Access by stairs on either end, so there are no cars or bikes. Interesting plaques along the was detailing some history. Some shaded benches. The views are just OK - you get to see the backside and roofs of many of the bathhouses.

beautiful walk behind bathhouse row,very well paved and beautiful scenery,it rained some but did not stop us from this walk,does not take long to walk it and see how prettyitis

The Promenade is located along the backside of the Bathhouse Row in downtown Hot Springs. It is a nice opportunity to take a walk and enjoy both the Bathhouse Row and the mountain, including some hot springs.

Of course, daytime is best. But on Friday nights down Central Avenue you will see several people walking their dogs on a regular basis. It's a real social event for the owners and their beloved pets.
