My best friend, husband, life partner and The TrueLove of my life (of 27+yrs) & I were struggling with our life; at such stressful and strenuous levels; that were pushing us so far apart, we were becoming enemies... even to the very morning we walked into Ablution Day Spa; we were so at the end of our ropes; We both were about to cancel our appt. & not even attempt this "couple retreat" idea... surely no measure of relaxation, calming techniques or any of the sort could change let alone fix any issues we had going...Divorce seemed inevitable!!! Though there my husband & I stood in this room where this big tub was filling with warm steamy water and smells of lavender and the ambience of the entire moment just washed an aura of "Aahhhhhhh yeah, just breathe and repeat"...Set us both into motion of experiencing what we now call the "Day that saved us and our marriage!!!" We enjoyed the services of a couples' mineral bath, full body massages and also a few individual services and three to four hours later; we both left Ablution Day Spa completely elated, recharged and as if time itself had took us back to our "courting days" when our biggest stress was curfew!!! SO Afterall it seemed the couple's retreat pkg., with the talented and super professional ADS staff[Super S/O to "April & Rebecca" Y'all absolutely more than Rock and delivered awesome results!!!] ... It's definitely what you'll accept; and more than you'll expect..
MUCH RESPECT!!! MY Husband credits that massage still til today for bringing him back to his senses!!!

We stayed at Panther Valley Ranch and bought the couples massage package through them which included a mineral bath for two and a 50 minute couples massage. It was perfect. April led us to the bath first, which was comfortable and relaxing. As a big girl, I was concerned about the size of the tub. I searched every review to try to find if I would fit comfortably in the tub, and let me reassure anyone , there was plenty of room. Room enough to really relax. Once we finished with it, we moved straight to the massage tables which were set up in the same room. April and Josh were our masseuse s. They were professional and worked so well together. The lights were dim, they played soft relaxing music and provided lavender aromatherapy. On a special note, I have a condition called lymphedema, which calls for a different type of massage on my affected areas of my legs and feet. April was knowledgeable and did a perfect job. Thank you for making us feel so pampered. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. I would also like to note that the man who greeted us was friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Depends on what you prefer from a massage experience. Appreciate the consciousness of keeping me covered but came at the expense of extra time on sheets vs massage, consider >50 min.massage. Rooms close proximity separated by curtains I heard customers coming and going as well as conversations. A maze of curtains sharing small holding area. Lakeside view spectacular for mani/pedi but massages you lay so cant see anyways. Boat music overrides relaxation tunes. Granted this was Saturday in August, Summer choose weekday appt. Very disappointed.

I've had 2 massages at Ablution Day Spa and both felt amazing. The staff here is well trained in their craft and make you feel very comfortable.

We have been across the country multiple times and to Canada, getting massages on vacation. Ablution day spa is hands down the best massage I've ever had. It was a tad more expensive than ones we've had but totally worth it.

Amazing spa... went for a couples massage for an anniversary treat... very romantic time with the hubby in the hot tub and then 80 minutes of shear heaven with our massages!! Highly recommend Billy.... I've had spas all over the world and he is par with anyone I have used previously!! Great environment, friendly service, romantic atmosphere, and fabulous massages

This place, along with many other gems on Bathhouse Row, is a fun way to spend a little extra on yourself. Just remember, you really cannot be shy. You spend 99% of your time only covered by a towel or maybe a robe, but for some activities, you WILL be naked. Nonetheless, this place has everything. The hot bath, massages, body wraps, a sauna, and other treatments of which I did not take advantage. I rarely spend the money to treat myself, but I do nearly every time I'm alone in Hot Springs. The staff was great, too.

Went for prenatal massage and lisa did an amazing job. All of the staff was so friendly and very helpful. I Would definitely recommend going here, price was very reasonable as well.

Booked mani/pedi for my husband and myself , just spending time together on our vacation. He ended up booking a massage after we got there. The staff was extremely accommodating and the room for man/pedi great. Felt like I was on an island in a tree house. If you are in the Lake Hamilton area give yourself a treat and check this place out. WISH I THEY HAD A LOCATION WHERE I LIVE.

Chose Ablution because it was close to the condo we stayed at for a girl's trip. I had Tequila and she was great. I can't give them Excellent because of the room. They really need black out curtains, it was way too bright in the room. And nicer sheets would have been more comfortable. But I give Tequila an Excellent!
