Had such a great time, did 4 tours it was an amazing experience. Kudos to the tour bus drivers for navigating through the busy streets and traffic in New Orleans

I had a great time on the City tour. This was my first sight seeing tour with Greyline. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have to say aside from the rich history about the city, my favorite part was stopping in City Park for beignets at Cafe Du Monde, Definitely a highlight!

Lesley was knowledgeable and entertaining. I am from Nola but was downtown for a conference so I did this tour with a coworker. I totally thought that I wouldn't learn anything but I learned so much thanks to Lesley. I had a great time and now have even more fond memories of my city!

Gina was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel so welcome and we had a GREAT time! Easily the best hostess experience I’ve had. The food was very good as well.

We went on the Oak Alley plantation, tour, and Swamp boat tour. Dionne was our bus tour guide, Robert was the driver. This was an amazing tour and Dionne’s knowledge of the history of New Orleans and the Louisiana territory, along with the history of the plantations we were passing and about to visit, is what made it truly amazing!!! Dionne‘s knowledge was amazing, she was very entertaining and engaging, and there was not a question that she could not answer. I would highly recommend this tour!

I spent a beautiful day visiting the plantation and the swamp, enjoying the company of our tour guide (Dianne) but also of our driver (Rob). Both of them make a great team, super knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.
Dianne told us interesting stories and facts and made the trip very interactive and pleasant. Rob, an experienced driver, save us a lot of time by choosing an alternative route in our way back. I had really nice chats with both of them.
If I go back to New Orleans, I won’t doubt to contact them and plan more trips.

Kate and Stacey are great! Kate is very knowledgeable about the city and enjoyed the nuggets of info she has. Stacey was a great driver and felt very safe with her behind the wheel. Both are very caring!

Went on the Ghosts & Spirits walking tour while in town for a conference. Our tour guide, Kim, is a character! She is so fun and shared the best stories of NOLA!

Alton made our entire 7 days visit worth it in New Orleans because he way most informative and entertaining at the same time, I am definitely going to recommend his bus to my friends who plant to visit New Orleans.

Does the tour price include any samples of the drinks? Or do you have to pay for all of the drinks out of pocket?

The tour included one drink per person at the start then you pay for drinks at each bar if you want ... we all had a strong buzz on by the end of the tour. We had a ball. Ask for Sandy if you can. She is older, and knows the history first hand as she is a life long resident.

I went back in Janaury and I think the tour started at 4pm. Be sure you get there promptly so you don't get left behind! You should have a lot of fun on this tour. Just make sure you and your boyfriend wear comfortable shoes because you'll be doing a lot of walking around the French Quarter.

Hello, My girlfriend and I are coming into NOLA and have already booked with your hotel. We are staying from January 20 to January 27th. I booked a non-smoking queen room. May i request a room on the second or third floor? We would love a courtyard view, but a streetview is acceptable as long as we get a balcony. I would also like to know if there is a mini fridge in the room and if there are ice machines in the hotel. Do you offer a shuttle to and from the airport? Do you have room service? I know I'm asking quite a few questions, but I like to be prepared. I have noticed that the bad reviews are all in 2013 or even older. It seems as if ALL the reviews for this year are quite lovely. I'm assuming that it must have to do with the hotel Manager, Patrick. Are we going to need to bring our own towels and washcloths? Will there be extra blankets available as I have read that the rooms are cold in January. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions. Sincerely, Leigh Anne
