Therme we come more often in the year and is cozy, unfortunately the kitchen staff in the spa restaurant is a pure disaster.
Noodle soup was black and inediblenot with a hint of pasta. No better at the second attempt.
Chicken topped with tomato mozzarella also. Unfortunately, it wasn't chicken, it was turkey breast.
Cooking point partly raw.
I come from a catering business myself and unfortunately know too well.
Thank you so much as will see next time if the more qualified staff is available.

there was poop in the pool and all they had to say at first was that we could go in the pool upstairs but we went there for the experience and not just for the pool upstairs at the and we got a refund for the tickets but not for the pool so we saved €0,10. i would not recommend it for people who want to relax ultimate

Anyone who books a day's holiday will definitely get one (10 a.m. to 11 p.m.). A beautiful, private relaxation room with great service. Simply order via QR code and the friendly staff will deliver. Fruit, tea, and various chocolates are included. The saunas and infusions are something special. They won't be topped anytime soon. To finish off, an excellent meal in the restaurant. Only the bathroom could be improved. Otherwise, you can relax and unwind completely. Thank you for the wonderful day!

Catastrophic staff at the entrance
Thermal spa does not offer good value for money. 130.- for a family with bath (without sauna etc.) for 4 hours

Very nice facility, without a doubt! But I can take a warm bath at home. The bubble jets are only active one at a time and only for a very short time, which is a shame. We only went to the thermal baths without the sauna.

Was in Silvretta Therme on 25/1 2024 with spa and sauna. A really good experience right up until we had to check out. We had bought a 4 hour ticket and when we had to check out after 4.5 hours we were charged an extra amount of 12 euros per hour. Person. We had not been informed that time to change after the spa was included in the 4 hours. The lady at checkout only referred to her colleague making a mistake by not informing us. This was bad service, and made an otherwise good experience negative.

Beautifully designed thermal baths, modern grill lounge with great food, sensational sauna attendants, the infusions were a unique experience!

Für den Saunabereich standen weniger als 30 Liegen/Matratzen zur Verfügung, die alle besetzt waren um 13 Uhr. Andere Ruheräume und Biosauna gesperrt. Personal verwies auf freie Liegen draußen (Regen und 15 Grad) und bot Raum in der Therme an (nach Saunagang am Restaurant vorbei, laut durch Kinder- und Babygeschrei, was in der Therme ja auch ok ist).
Schöne Saunen, aber keine Gelegenheit zum Entspannen danach. Andere Ruheräume ohne ersichtlichen Grund gesperrt (heimlich reingegangen - keine ersichtlichen Gründe für Sperrung). Sollte Personal gespart werden für Betreuung und Reinigung dieser Räumlichkeiten?

Haben einen Urlaubstag gebucht, aber des Computersystem hatte eine Erneuerung, so war es trotz Reservierbestätigung nicht mehr möglich. Nachdem wir ein paar Fragen gestellt haben, wurde das Personal teilweise unhöflich.
Die Therme ist super. Sehr schön und für Groß und Klein ein schönes Erlebnis.
Die Grilllounge war auch sehr toll und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Eine gut gelungene kleine Therme mit schönem Saunabereich. Ich war wirklich überrascht wie schön geworden ist. Keine Kosten gespart. Die Sauna sind atemberaubend und alles sehr sauber. Die Personal waren überaus freundlich. Urlaubstag gebucht, extra Raum mit fixe Plätze bekommen inkl Obst und Teesorten.
Das Restaurant sieht schick aus und schmeckt alles gut. Haben richtig gute Weine!
Wir kommen sicher wieder.
