This is a great place to relax asyou wait for your flight. There are complimentary beverages and food which usually includes a hot entrée, as well as snacks. The concierge are friendly and helpful.

Everything went according to plans. It was a pleasant flight after an 8-hour layover. There's a lot of good hype about Alaska Airlines, and I guess I was expecting more. No special amenities or entertainment on board, but it was a comfortable flight. I believe this airline is a little pricier than most.I

This is a nice “oasis” while traveling. They offer hot and cold food items, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, comfortable chairs and complementary Wi-Fi. The staff is attentive and friendly.

This airline used to be the gold standard. Oh how far they’ve fallen. They have reached the bottom and started to dig. The flight crew takes up the best seats and all the overhead bin space. Not one flight in the past two years has departed on time. The most surly flight attendants who act as though passengers are prisoners and they are wardens. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Terrible airline, terrible people, horrendous experience - not once, but many, many times. B

While not a large lounge, this is a quiet oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of travel. Comfortable chairs, complimentary food and beverages and work stations.

Although their level of service has gone down some because of Covid, this is still a comfortable, quiet and peaceful place to wait for flights. They offer complementary hot and cold and alcoholic beverages, snacks and light meal entrées.
