Therme overall ok,there are better.Everything a bit old.
But what really upsets is the “restaurant”:
Only small selection of food, which would not be bad in itself if the quality were right.
There's a kitchen, so why disposable dishes?
Nothing firm can be cut with the wooden cutlery, the disposable wooden bowl is also not appetizing.
My Bali Bowl was absolutely disappointing,bad and totally overpriced!!!!
Instead of grilled chicken as indicated in the card, there was wobbly pressed meat on which the finished sauce was dumped.
There was also tasteless bulgur and fruit, some of which was cut so big that you couldn't eat it like that.
Cutting through was not possible with the disposable cutlery.Cocktail tomatoes were also thrown into the bowl whole.
There's no better love.
The price: 13 €!
I left it there, the “meat” was not edible and disgusting to me.
I checked out after 4 hours (without sauna),as the flair did not invite me to stay longer,although I had a day pass and stay elsewhere quite all day,especially if there is an outdoor area for swimming.
For this I paid, including bad food 51,60€.
This is quite a lot for a single person, especially if it was not a highlight.
This is better, for example at Kellinghusen Bad in Hamburg.
I will not visit the Bali Thermal Baths again.

Mold, dirt, fireplace defective, massage beds at pool edge defective. Drinking in the sauna from 1 pm, is described on the homepage from 10 am. Kitchen from 1pm instead of 12pm. At restaurant prices you should order your own food and drink at the bar. But it did not happen because there was no one there to take the order.
Guests actually went home then. My husband and I also, after we had eaten a chicken salad in the spa at 1:45 p.m., in the sauna there was still no waitress, which consisted predominantly of white bread.
Complaints were ignored by the staff. Value for money indiscussable.
We're not coming back.

Were here as a couple on a Friday from 11 am – 7 pm and exclusively in the sauna area. We liked it very much, the locker rooms were functional and with ample space, restaurant good – that due to staff shortages was switched to self-ordering at the bar did not bother us. The saunas are large and very empty on a weekday outside of infusion times. At the infusion times, however, so crowded that you have to search and take your place about 10 minutes before. Absolute highlight: Banja ritual with Marcel and Dirk – this is a 5-star recommendation.

The cashier did not want to accept my Groupon voucher..I then paid 15€ for 3 hours. In the spa it turned out that I can not go to the sauna with the card.After an hour I then left. I didn't like it at all.

I didn't really want to give a review on my last visit, because I haven't been to the spa since June 2024. The time before June 2024 I experienced the Bali Therme several times as a hospitable and clean spa that always tried to satisfy its guests. On my last visit a few days ago, I noticed a marked deterioration in the atmosphere, both in the behaviour of the employees towards the customers when something was legitimately complained about, and in the general state of the spa in terms of cleanliness and service in the catering industry. The quality, I regret to say, has become noticeably worse since my last visit . The quality of the food, the cleanliness not only in the medical area and the friendliness of the staff leaves something to be desired overall. I had asked myself the question, what happened there? Then I Googled the thermal baths to read more reviews and came across a newspaper article from 21.10.2024 in the Mindener Tageblatt, in which a change of staff was reported. A certain Wilhelm Künne had taken over the management. I can only hope that the new head will try a little harder. Before, the atmosphere and organization was much better. Toi toi toi!!!!

We were there before Corona, the last time, and were terrified of the condition. Wood is broken high Screws peeking out Showers are broken water basin dirty and worst was the service in the restaurant. Of course the prices are high that is also fine but the food has deteriorated in quality to such an extent that we as guests will be eliminated in the future.
You can still see that it is a beautiful complex, tastefully decorated, lots of green but renovation jam everywhere. Of course, we still used some saunas and the infusions were excellent.
What a pity is that there are neither water dispensers nor blankets.
We also had two massages booked that everything worked great and there was also hygienic and from the setup no defects can be absolutely recommended.
You can still see that it is a beautiful complex, tastefully decorated, lots of green but renovation jam everywhere. Of course, we still used some saunas and the infusions were excellent.

After we were at Vabali in Düsseldorf yesterday, the changing area here at the Bali Therme was a real culture shock. The charm of the 70s meets a backlog of repairs. It's a shame for the first impression. Things get a little better in the thermal spa area, but it's really good in the sauna area, which is tastefully furnished and offers a variety of saunas. The condition of their maintenance is significantly better than the rest of the facility. We were completely satisfied with the sauna area.

For us, the visit to the Bali Therme was relaxing and wonderful. It smells fantastic everywhere, the water and air are very warm and pleasant.
Only the staff in the restaurant area left a little to be desired. They should be a little more with the guests and not show that they are just networking.

It was very relaxing. We each had a massage, which we both thought was great. Lovely staff who are happy to help you even if you don't know what you're doing. We really enjoyed the day.

Unfortunately the water is far too cold. We were there once about 2 months ago and it was very nice and warm. Unfortunately today it's not that cold. What I mean by a thermal spa is warm water, otherwise I could just go to an indoor swimming pool.
