One of the worst coaches I have ever been on in my life. Coach sounds more like a tank. Ear defenders should be provided to ride on this coach. The coach smells rotten and the toilet is unusable. I am sure this coach was put into service in around 1980. The coach is literally falling apart, Management should be ashamed to allow this vehicle to be in service. Fumes are seeping through into the cabin at the rear of the coach. Disgusting experience and video footage being sent to management.

I secured MTI to pick up my guests from the hotel and transport them to my wedding location. This was about an hour trip one way. The bus arrived 32 min after the time. Not one person called or updated me ahead of time. When I had my planner reach out they lied about informing me and said there was a maintenance issue. When I called to inform them after my event no one would return my calls or emails for over a week after. When I finally got the owner on the phone he changed the story and said it was a traffic issue and that wasn't his fault. He was rude dismissive and yelled at me saying that he could only offer me 100 discount. I paid him 8 times that in advance. I said sir when a wedding starts late because the guests are not there I incurred late fees from 3 different vendors for over 1500 dollars. He had no remorse and I eventually ended the conversation because he was rude and yelling in the phone. YOU make the decision if you want to risk having this disregard for your service and risk your event starting an hour late. I gave them a 1 star because the Bus driver was nice and the person who booked the trip. Be sure to read all the reviews there are several that had a similar experience with them being late!

Con un po' di colleghi abbiamo organizzato un giro in limo(bus) per Atlanta con musica a tutto volume ed alcool a fiumi. Autista simpaticissima e serata riuscita alla grande!

Our business group contracted with this company for a multi-day event. The first couple of days were uneventful, however the several vehicles being utilized did not sound to be well maintained (excessive rattling, transmission noises, brake noises). Day 1 resulted in late pickup of part of the group after they assured the coordinator that one driver could make a round trip in time (think Atlanta traffic).
Day 3 was when it became interesting. On the return trip the driver was driving well in excess of the posted 55mph speed limit topping out at 80mph before members of the group started yelling for her to slow down after nearly losing control on a curve. During the trip she was also talking on the phone, and drinking water from a 1 gallon water jug obscuring her view of the road. The A/C was not working (90 degrees outside) and the overhead speakers were stuck on loud static that could not be turned off. The driver also commented that she had put out an engine fire last week with her water bottle. This was on a relatively new Chevy 5500 chassis vehicle.
On Day 4 we were forced to find alternative transportation for our group,of 30 after waiting over 30 minutes for our bus. The company then informed us the driver was involved in an accident enroute to pick us up, and they had no other vehicles.
That afternoon we were assured we would have a vehicle to get everyone back to the airport. When the pickup time came and went, the company kept assuring us the driver was "only 10 minutes away"... For the next 50 minutes.
I would NOT recommend ever contracting with this company for transportation. The vehicles were not well maintained and the company seemed to lack the most basic customer service and logistics skills.
