Took my granddaughter to see the Nutcracker here and we loved it. Sat in one of the box seats above the stage and could see everything that was going on. She was enthralled with the show.

This magnificent performance space was once slated for demolition for a parking garage! It is an enchanting and beautiful space that speaks to a bygone era when our dreams and visual fantasies were encounted i places such as this. Don't miss it.

The Grand is an intimate venue and every seat in the house is good. The only drawback is that the seats are uncomfortable if the show is over 2 hours.

Wonderful old theater with great acoustics and seating. Saw all the Allman Bros tribute bands there on this trip. Some very good, most not so good. Still, a great place to see a concert.

Although it is a lovely theatre the grand circle seats should state restricted viewing as to see the stage you need to sit forward on your seat to look over the wood on the seats in front. I'm quite tall so shorter people would definately have a problem. I don't think it was just our seats as all the rows up there seemed the same. Very uncomfortable. On a positive Frank Skinner was very good.

I'm so glad we have this theater. It is beautiful and there is not a bad seat in the house. It's a bit small and not as grand as the Fox in Atlanta, but it's just right for our little town. It's a huge treat for our young thespians and dancers when they get to be part of local productions.

Any Seat is a GOOD seat. Has the look of the 60's but the flavor of the 80's...with a new addition to give it a 21st century feel. Love attending the various shows presented at this venue

Always love The Grand. I've been to many different events there. Concerts, musicals, plays, theater to name a few. A historical venue that's been renovated and well maintained.

We went to see Monty Python's Spamalot last night and thoroughly enjoyed it! The theater has been renovated recently and is beautiful! We'll definitely be going to more events at The Grand.

Suggest you call the box office (478-301-5470). I know they conduct group tours. They can tell you if there is any possibility for you on that date.

I will be passing through in June, about the 7th, and would love to see the inside but if there is no scheduled events, is this possible.??

I'm not certain but I believe the answer is no. They may do group tours but not individual ones as it is a working theater and not a tourist attraction per say. Best bet is to call the box office and ask if they open it for tours at any time.

I know that center seats are preferable but has anyone sat on Row A Orchestra Left or Right? Sometimes the first row is difficult to see from in some venues.

I personally have never sat in those seats, but I've never heard anyone complain about sightlines, with the exception of the boxes.

Any center area seats lower level or balcony are great views. The closer to the center the better.
