I've been to a lot of rock shops, and even my wife complains that I've got rocks on the brain, so when I'm traveling and there's a rock shop nearby I gotta stop. I do mostly lapidary work and while the shop was interesting I made it out the door without buying anything which is pretty unusual for me

I was surprised at the large selection available in this shop. They have things from all over the world! I will go back when I have more time to explore The only downside for e was that I went shortly after they opened in the morning and it smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in the store - a definite turnoff :(

We love to visit rock, gem and mineral shops during our travels. Really enjoyed this one and found ways to spend $$$. Specimens very good and prices very reasonable. Enjoyed talking to the owner as well. Recommend this to all.

Dah rock shop had a wide variety of common minerals and a few that are tough to find.
I found some lovely items. It is worth a visit. Be sure to take a look outside in the back! It's like going on a treasure hunt.

If you are into minerals this is the shop to visit. Great display and decent prices. We found some great specimens here, many of them unusual. The owner was a great help and will deal with you. Fun place to visit even if you do not buy. Easy to find in Tucson.

If you want to pick up a beautiful gift for someone or just want a piece of Arizona to take back with you, this is the place. I've never seen such lovely bookends, and you are sure to find that perfect something for the rock hound or fossil lover.
There is a large section where you can shop for beading supplies, jewelry, and all kinds of pretties. The nice ladies will fashion a necklace for you while you wait, so you will have a special memory of your trip to Tucson. They will answer any questions, are so patient, and the owner allows you to browse as long as you like.
So glad I found their advertisement on a tourist map.
