We had a wonderful time! Robin was a delightful host--knowledgable about the wines and about the area. She made the trip special! Highly recommend spending the day enjoying the wines and the countryside!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to take a moment to tell the world about Cottonwood Wine Tours. My wife and I were visiting San Antonio looking for something different to do and we stumbled upon Cottonwood. We took the Hill Country Aficionado tour with Diana. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great day. This was the highlight of our trip. I will definitely book a Cottonwood Wine Tour when we visit San Antonio again.

Our tour guide Robin was very knowledgeable about wine and the wineries in the local area. we visited two wineries, Luckenbach and Fredericksburg, Texas. A very relaxing tour. Tour is highly recommended.

Amazing day visiting hill country wineries and a quick stop in Luckenbach (bucket list ✅) Robin was absolutely the best! So full of information and a wonderful guide. 5 stars!

Robin is a wonderful guide! Made our birthday celebration a memorable day. The wine tours were thoroughly enjoyable with an extra special stop thanks to Robin's thoughtfulness. Fredericksburg was idyllic. Overall a fantastic day thanks to our guide and the impeccable service!

The tour guide, Sharon, was really nice and did everything she could to make this a great experience. The first winery we went to was just 'ok' and to add to the disappointment was another tour group showed up at the same time, so we had to stand around and wait on them to be done with their tasting. The next winery was better, and they were more informative. The drive out to Fredricksburg is pretty boring, but the town was ok. We were able to eat while we were there but there was not time for anything else. I would say it is a good experience for people to do, but I wouldn't do it again.

This was our second tour with Cottonwood and it was even better than the first. We saw new wineries, got a great education and we’re thoroughly entertained by Robin. Thank you!!

Nice way to have a day out of the city. The wineries were good and Fredericksburg was a pleasant stop for lunch. We ate at Nurys. My husband had enchiladas and I had the fish and chips. Both were large portions and tasted wonderful. The wait staff were so friendly. Melanie our driver was knowledgeable and mixed just the right amount of tour guide talkwith general conversation ro keep us all engaged and enjoying the trip.

With doing the 3 hour tour i want to know is it still enjoyable as the longer ones? what exactly happens during this tour? how many wineries do you visit? Are there enough tastings in the 3hr time frame? do we have the chance to make wake wine at this location? && is it more informational than tasting and being informed or a mixture of both? can we meet at the hotel listed and be dropped off and picked up?
