I booked and paid for the LBJ Ranch and Hill Country Tour for 20 April. The voucher says to call and confirm 12 hours in advance, but your office closed at 3:00PM, and it is impossible to confirm. The telephone number on the voucher connects with an recording and gives an alternate number which connects to the same recording.
Am I booked or not?
You have taken my money, but have not provided any information on when or where the tour departs.

The office closed at 6PM yesterday, but due to a severe hail storm a few days ago, we have had some internet/phone temporary service interruptions and phones not forwarding properly.
We received your hotel pickup information from you last night via email at 7:46PM and responded by 9:06 PM that we would pick you up on time at your hotel and our group sales representative Rosio included her cell number for future questions. Rosio also called you at approx. 8:05AM this morning to confirm tour guide would pick you up at your designated hotel. The tour guide also called you when she was on the way to pick you up. Rosio confirmed with the tour guide that you were picked up. Again, sorry for any confusion. I hope you are satisfied with our response.
