Avoid this place at all costs! They will kick you out for no reason and not give you a refund! My girlfriend her daughter and I were wrongfully kicked out because we were standing by a random fireball whisky bottle that was on the ground. It wasn't ours but the stupid security guard just assumed it was and kicked us out with no refund. I reached out to the general manager and she was so rude!!! She didn't even listen to me and said no refund! And hung up! She was so nasty, rude and unprofessional!!! Do not go to this trashy place!

Went to sold out concert Saturday - Collective Soul and Switchfoot. Torrential rain, hail, lightening soaked all of us waiting in line. Had to get there for doors open as this place has seats but sells everything as GA so whether you want to sit under cover in a normal seat provided or drag your own lawn chair its the same price. Bad concept. Parking is good half mile away in the pitch dark - another poor idea but the worst of it is ONE bathroom for men and women. Such a debacle. Why allow 2,500 people into a venue with ONE bathroom. The pat down on entry was ridiculous. You can bring anything you want in there on the bright side!

If there s a gig here while you re in Flagstaff weelll worth it..very well degined stage area that blends with the pine forest around it..saw Buddy Cuy here and it was one of those gigs ill never forget

We recently visited Pepsi Amphitheater for a concert and I would definitely return! Finding parking isn't hard once you know where to go (it was a little confusing and could use better signage to general vs. VIP "lots") ane be prepared to walk a little down a dirt road. We didn't mind at all, and it wasn't far, but it was raining and the show will go on, rain or shine, so check the weather and come prepared! The only other odd experience was that you can take in factory sealed water (up to a gallon per person), but once it's open, they will NOT let you take it out when you leave. Not sure I understand that rule, but not that big a deal. So unless you are ok with wasting it, or you plan to drink it all, opt for something smaller like a liter bottle. Everyone was friendly, bathrooms were clean, and concession prices were great! Various vendors had booths and cans of Lumberyard Brewery beer were only $5 - MUCH less than what we pay at most venues in Phoenix!

What a beautiful place to see a concert surrounded by pines! We went here for the first time this past weekend for the Grateful Festival. You can bring your own chairs and blankets to sit on the grassy area. The sound system was top notch and you could clearly hear every note no matter where you are located in the park. We can't wait to go back. Also, the staff at the facility were very friendly and helpful!

Smaller more intimate amphitheater surrounded by ponderosa pines. Can bring blankets or chairs to sit out in the grass or move up to the standing area right in front of the stage! We paid for GA tickets and started out on the lawn but moved within 10 feet of the stage during the show! Lots of amphitheaters I've attended you pay separate for lawn or standing area up front, here it was just one cost(can get reserved seats for parking at the venue and not pricey to park(5 bucks). Went in late July for a night concert and the weather was PERFECT. There's also an extreme adventure course right near the amphitheater that's a blast if you have the time.

We went there and enjoyed the amphitheater. There were picnic grounds that surrounded the area that made the place very nice for the family.

Lovely place to enjoy live music. One can pick from the various offerings during the season. Some seating available but the fun is on a blanket or in portable chairs you bring in and your own cooler is allowed sometimes.

We come here every year at the same time and make sure we get to do at least one day at the bluegrass festival. It's in the open so make sure you bring a blanket or waterproofs depending on the weather. You will be amazed at the young talent playing. The burnetts are a local family that play every year. What an incredible talented family.

Nice facility, but watch where you sit because of pillars in the way, and bring a cushion as the benches are hard. Nice variety of shows through the summer months. Rodeo was fun.
