Visited the evening of 6/18 with two couples. Had problems with sound system when the second mic was turned ON. However, I emailed the establishment and they were quick to make it right. My friends and I had a great time and there is a great selection of songs to choose from! The music videos are funny too! X-D

If this karaoke joint was like a hamburger.....the bun and condiments were great, but it was certainly missing the beef. In other words, the rooms and service were acceptable, but the karaoke was poor!
The control panel was hard to navigate and the song selection was not there at all. I should’ve asked, but till the end I could not figure out how to adjust the pitch,speed, and effects. If you’re trying to navigate non-English songs/artists you might as well sing a cappella.
It may be great place to hang with friends and sing a few songs, but definitely not recommended if singing karaoke is your primary objective.

Karaoke is always a “make your own fun” kind of activity, but the staff at Air Park help you along the way. There’s about eight private rooms surrounding a central bar and general access karaoke. A person ducked into our room every now and then to see if we need to help with the system and to take drink orders. Coming in often enough but not intrusive. The room was comfortably full with our group of 8 people, 12 would be squishy, and more would be too much. The other reviews are right about song selection and ease-of-use and the second floor access. The place is clean enough and comfortable enough. It felt a little bit daring to find it on the second floor disguised behind yoga studio signs at midnight on the seedy streets of inner Kakaako. We paid $90 for two hours from midnight to 2 AM, and the bar is quite cheap (not just buy Honolulu standards). Fun, and I’d go again!

Traditional Karaoke experience - enter a room with your party, pick some songs, and start singing along. Food and drinks can be ordered. Decent song library, but takes a few minutes to figure out how to use the interface, it is not user friendly.

Had 16 friends visiting with me for Birthday, I rented a room and received the Birthday hour free special for a room 25 people max. Our server Stacie was AWESOME! The music selections could have definetly been more variety but I understand they cater to many cultures and music choice. I enjoyed my birthday regardless.

I have never been to a Karaoke Bar like this before. It is upstairs and my husband uses a wheelchair, there is no elevator. Fortunately there were a few strong men in our group who picked him up and got him upstairs. There were 16 of us. The room consisted of couches on 3 sides with large coffee tables taking up the middle of the room. Avery large pitcher of ice water glasses and straws were provided. A touch computer screen allowed you to select the music you wanted to sing with and there was a big screen the videos and words were shown on the 4th wall. The room rented for $100 for 2 hours so it worked out to about $7 per person. It was part of a fun night out for our college choir so for us it was a big sing along. No one in the group drank anything but water. However a waitress popped in every so often and I think we could have ordered drinks, but no one in our party did. I was expecting a bar and had never heard of this type of set up, but it was lots of fun in large part due to the group we were with.
