Michael was a great tour guide and photographer - he knows a lot about the tour. Very professional and friend. Arman was friendly and helpful as well. Great job!!!

It wasn’t open. It was closed and when I called they said they have no information on my reservation, but i was already charged.

We were schedule for the Magic Island tour and the night before the State of HI implemented restrictions to all state park access due to covid 19, but yet Mike improvised a great tour around the local area and provided a lot of interesting tidbits of information. Totally recommend this tour!

Fun way to have a look at the Parks and shoreline at Waikiki. Loads of local information given by our guide. Great for beginners or experienced Segway fans. Highly recommend.

It took us a little while to get used to distributing our weight, but our guide was very patient with us. Once we caught on, it was a really neat experience. We covered a lot of territory in 2 and a half hours. We would recommend this tour.

Mike was a very patient and thorough guide. He kept safety in mind throughout the tour. We caught on to how to operate the Segway within the first 10 minutes, then enjoyed the rest of the 2 1/2 hour tour. We highly recommend it. Mike gave us several breaks to rest our feet, and told us many interesting facts along the way.

Mike (our host) was prompt and on time. He explained the basic operation very well and we all had a small trial or practice before heading out. It isnt nearly as difficult as we were expecting.. Two of us were in our 60s and one in their 30s.. we all caught on more or less the same..
We were soon our way and toured all of the Magic Island Area and really enjoyed the discussions and interactions at our breaks. Mike did a great job and should be commended for his laid back "Aloha" approach..
We have no hesitation to recommend this as an activity that is "FUN" for ALL ages!! and safe too! Great way to see a much larger area than on foot and a whole lot of fun!!
This will probably end up being another "highlight" of our trips tp Hawaii !

Overall we really enjoyed our Segway tour. Saw and learned interesting facts from the guide. We would recommend this tour and do it again. Only complaint is the guide tended to talk about himself too much. Nice guy though but we don’t need to know all about him.

Truly enjoyed the 3-hour Waikiki and Diamond Head Segway Tour as we got to see a good portion of Waikiki in a fun way that appealed not only to my husband and me but also to our two teenage boys (ages 18 and 16). The tour consisted of our family of four and our tour guide Mike who was knowledgeable about the areas visited and also provided us with future suggestions for other activities and restaurant recommendations. As a result, we were able to go at our own pace and determine the length of our stops. One recommendation that I think would improve the overall experience is to have the guide wear a microphone with receivers in each of the participants' helmets so that it can be a more inclusive experience. I was immediately behind the guide so I was able to hear everything he said while we were in motion but honestly, the rest of my family missed most of it as we would travel mostly in a single file. As a result, we would relay information back to each other but think they would have prefered hearing directly from the guide.

You meet at their office. It is near ((~30 yards NE) the intersection of Ala Moana Blvd and Kalia Road. It is a small office on the North side of Ala Moana, (same side as the Wialana Coffee House ) next to the exit ramp of the Double Tree hotel. We parked at the Marina about a 15 minute walk away (both free and metered spaces). Food at the coffee shop is very good and reasonably priced.
