In regards to the coupon expiration, we have a screenshot with the clear expiration date from our website. We would love to show you the screenshot but there is no place to put a picture here. However , had you let our staff know about your guest status at the hotel, We would have been able to extend an even greater discount that the re-opening special pricing you were trying to apply.(No coupon needed) May we know the date you visited our Spa? Hello, We are sorry you were not happy with our store. I think you had a Hotel guest discount ,90min massage for $137.43(including tax) And the price is much cheaper than other hotel's massage spa . Example: 50min /$165 80min /$215 -Mordern Hotel :50min / $145 80min /$199 -Hilton :50min / $140 80min /$190 -Prince Hotel :60min / $125 90min $187.5 -Ilikai Hotel We don't have a shower or Jacuzzi ,That's why our price is cheaper. We will do our best to make all customers more satisfied. Thank you very much for your opinion.
