The owners are very friendly, respectful, and go above and beyond. I have never had an ocean massage before and I was not disappointed. I have fibromyalgia and once I let the masseuse know that I got the best massage that was fantastic. We got the couples massage, plus the ocean, plus the tub and sauna, for a fantastic price! I was shocked!

Travelling for a much needed holiday my husband and I were looking forward to a nice spa treatment. The facilities are dated and the linen did have a musty smell which was off putting. Rather an ordinary spa experience and the maximum tip is mandatory rather than for a tip for service experience. Would not recommend this experience perhaps shop around.

Thank you for observations!
We revamped our laundry system and have beaten the musty smell with white vinegar and baking soda. Our facility was custom created, by us, in 2008. Our original Ganban Yoku stone tables still make nearly everyone deeply happy, as does our floating massage in a warm salt pool.
Hopefully on a future visit we'll have an opportunity to provide better service for you.

I stayed at Courtyard Marriott for a week to spend Thanking week with my family who stayed at the Outrigger. Every day was walking and adventure with my family. At the end of the week exhausted and preparing to fly back to Chicago, I picked up the Spa Pure brochure with a list of services. I decided to speak to the manager Patchulahu and explained my checkout time; shuttle pickup to airport. Patchulah and Elena were so accommodating and scheduled the spa package for me in time for hotel checkout, shuttle pickup to the airport.
The soothing hands of Elena during the massage was much needed, she knows exactly the pressure points and areas to work on. The facial massage from Patchulah is so relaxing with lymphatic points that with the stone sauna afterwards is worth it all. This is serious massage. You don’t have to take a full shower. Just a quick shower rinse is all you need. You want to keep the emollient oils and herbs in the body after the sauna. Lightly pat dry. I felt great a week afterwards. The ladie even brought me a lunch afterwards, so I wouldn’t miss my shuttle. I made it on time. Thank you, ladies

I visited Spa Pure for a full body scrub, the service is a little pricey but she did a good job, so no complains on that. When the time came to take a shower I got really disappointed that the robe was not fresh. After taking a shower I tried to dry out and the towels that lady gave me were smelling horrible, I almost through up from that smell . I haven't dry out, just put my dress on and left. Sanitary conditions ruined my entire experience. Management, buy new towels, I know you can afford it, $5 a towel, only from one costumer you can purchase at least 25 new towels!!!!

Spa Pure is not about the frills and high end swank. If you're looking for high end atmosphere hit the resorts. If you're looking for high quality massage, Elena is your girl. I keep going back to her because she has the hands of a magician. She knows her technique and will apply deep tissue relieving years of kinks. This is the only spa I've been to that claims to "guarantee" their massage. After my first one, I understand why and I book in advance every time I'm in town. She's not chatty Kathy; she's focused on what she's doing and you'll walk away a new person.

以前からテレビで気になり、水の中でマッサージをしてみたく、
Water to Land. 90minをかなり前からネットで予約しました。
12/31 10：00からの予約
最初にお金を払い、90分のうち
45分ロミロミ、45分水中マッサージをチョイス(どちらが少し多めになど希望もできるそう)
ロミロミを先にして、終わったら受付のカタコト日本語の人が
プールの温度が故障しているから
ウェットスーツを着てやるか
もしくは
午後2：00にもう一度来てもらうか。その際は岩盤浴を40分位サービスする
と、言われ冷たい水の中ウェットスーツを着てするのは嫌なので(髪の毛など頭冷える)
午後2:00にまだ行く事にしました。
再度行き、水着に着替えバスローブを着てプールまでいったら、マッサージの先生が
「確認してくる」と言ってしばらく待たされ、また受付の人がきて
「ホテルの人に何回も確認したのに、温水になってなかった。いまからだと16:00になる。」と言われキャンセルしたらお金は戻るのかこちらから聞かないと言わない
「もちろん半分だけの金額。サービス料も差し引く」と言われたのでキャンセルしてもらった。
とても楽しみにしていたので、残念。
もし、予定が詰まっていた人なら、冷たい水でやらされる事になり、岩盤浴のサービスもしない。
旅行者の時間は、色々スケジュールがあるので、いくらホテルの人に確認したとはいえ
自分達も水温はチェックできるはず。
ロミロミの施術は普通。
更衣室なども、割と質素
プールもあまり綺麗でないので
とてもやりたかったが次回予約していく事はありません。
これから予約する方、こんなこともあったという事実は覚えておいてください。
普通なら大クレームだと思います

We are very sorry the pool heater wasn't functioning during your visit.
I wish that you were able to receive the floating Ocean Massage.
The pool has had a new heater installed, which is more reliable.
If possible, I would love to be able to have a second chance to provide Ocean Massage for you.

Had a fabulous experience at this spa Pure located in the courtyard Marriott.
The staff and treatments were excellent.
I highly recommend this exclusive spa.
What made this unique is the marble sauna that relaxes you.
You lie on it for 1/2 hr ready for the massage.I also had a facial that was great.

My boyfriend and I, both seniors, were treated to this new and wonderful experience, that I would love to repeat. He did the granite sauna, while I did the ocean massage, and then we switched places.
He rated the sauna a 5, because he got to lie in a personalized sauna "dome" with peppermint and lavender scents and a body steam. He was able to perspire profusely and his sinuses were better afterwards.
I rate the ocean massage a 5, because I love the ocean, and this was a calm warm salt water pool, with a gentle massage, while floating on the surface with my ears submerged. It was the ultimate of soothing!
Dennis exuded calm, despite his busy schedule, and I could tell he loved what he was doing with us. He truly has the spirit of aloha, in our aloha state, in this cosy spa.
