With our GoOahu card, we tried this activity and so happy we did! My husband and I with our three teenagers loved this and wished we could stay longer than the 4 hours. We had fun snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, and diving into the ocean. Upstairs there were many lounge chair type beds for you to use - either in the sun or shade. We also enjoyed sitting on the stools that line the side of the catamaran overlooking Waikiki.
There are extra costs for parasailing, jet skiing and banana sled. We tried them all. Food and drinks are available to purchase. Convenient cubbies and lockers to store your stuff.
PROS:
. It is open for 4 hours. If 4 hours is too long, you can leave earlier. We wish it was open longer. We could have stayed the whole day.
. Free air conditioned shuttle service from several convenient hotel locations to the floating barge
. Three diving platforms off the barge plus a large slide into the ocean
. Kayaking and snorkeling included. They feed the fish while we're snorkeling. That was neat to have the fish so close to you!
. Knowledgeable, friendly and personable staff
. Many activities to do in such a short amount of time....or do nothing at all and just sit and relax on a lounge bed
. Since they limit the number of folks, it never felt crowded. Being in Waikiki for a week, this experience felt like we had space to ourselves.
CONS:
o Food and drinks were a bit pricey. Consider bringing your own water bottle and sneak in a few small snacks.

My husband and I had a blast at the Waikiki Ocean club. There were many fish to look at in the snorkeling section, the slides and dive areas were buckets of fun, and I got a great tan while lying on the sun deck. I just wish you could stay on the whole day. Everything closed down by 12:30, and they loaded the last boats at 1. They also do not have a wall hiding the cooking section, so you could see the whole kitchen area and it smelled of gas when you walked by the slides. Overall though you should definitely go. The staff was friendly and professional and the views were amazing.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because there is no outside food drink allowed and only top shelf liquor onboard at 10 + bucks a pop! Yikes! Hundred dollar tab and no buzz?! My love and I were the only English speaking visitors, which was actually kind of cool. The locals onboard were knowledgeable, fun and friendly. Watching them free dive 45 feet to bring up starfish was awesome. Only 4 varieties of fish, so kinda "ehhhh" there, but the pod of dolphins and the turtles made it a-okay. We wanted to go again today because we really did have a blast, but it's vacation and I don't want to go broke opening a tab! The diving platforms and floaty was fun. Do this. Super cool :)

Very well run activity. Used Go Oahu and so glad we did. Easy to reserve, convenient free hotel pick up. The ride to barge was a great start. Hector (sorry if I remembered wrong) was great at creating a fun and friendly ride over. Extra nice since you get to know a little the group you are sharing the barge with. All staff attentive and helpful. We did the basic package and really enjoyed ourselves. We swam a lot, snorkelled and relaxed. I even took advantage of the kayaks. My first time and now I am a fan, kayaked 2 more times this trip. It was a nice break from the sand while still enjoying the water and views. Just wish we could spend all day on barge. We would do this again. Again I can't say enough about the staff from reservations to boat transport to barge staff, all friendly and helpful. We did many activities and they had the best staff by far. All adds to experience.

Family of five including grandma and what a great way to spend a day. Something for everyone even grandma was out kayaking on the ocean. Snorkeling was good, not the largest amount of fish but enough to have fun feeding them. Staff was awesome totally accommodating to when we had to be back. Next time would spend the whole day on the boat wish we could have been on the boat longer. Great activity for teens.

Loved this morning. Had a great time swimming, Jetsking, Snorkeling, jumping off barge etc. Did not have time to sun bake on top of the barge to many things to do. Food was average however was not on there for the cuisine and after being in the water most of the time it was ok. We took a package through one of the tour companies and went Parasailing beforehand with Paradise Watersports which topped it off. Great day had by all would defiantly recommend.

Family of 5 had a great day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We snorkeled, went down the slide, jumped from the platforms, jet skied, and did the banana boat. Lunch was really good and much better than I thought it would be. There was a small group on the boat so we pretty much did everything they had to offer when we wanted. Disappointed that the trampoline wasn't there and we couldn't parasail because of the wind. Our money was refunded very quickly back to our card for the parasailing fee.

This was an excellent adventure. We had a semi-private experience. There were only about 2 dozen people on the boat when we went and it made it easy to have access to swimming, snorkeling (the staff event assisted with a lesson), kayaking, etc. We paired this event with the parasailing and my husband and I had a blast. My daughter however was unexpectedly sea sick (she hasn’t had issues in the past). The boat does rock quite a bit so plan ahead if you have a weak stomach. Overall, staff was extremely friendly and excellent to work with. What a great way to spend a relaxing day. You can partake in the activities or just sit and read a book. Lastly, if you want to add excursions (i.e. Jet skis, Banana Boats, Parasailing, etc) be prepared to pay a little extra.

The catamaran takes you out into the open ocean to enjoy the water activities and it can get a little rocky when the winds are strong. Good call to plan ahead. Mahalo nui loa!

We went with the bare bones package and enjoyed our morning. It was Superbowl Sunday and very quiet. We kayaked around the barge- not allowed to venture too far- and had dolphins nearby. We then snorkeled and actually had the dolphins swim under us. Lots of black trigger fish around and sea turtles close by. A great way to get rid of your jet lag and see Waikiki from a different perspective. Glad to go to shore at 11:30 with workers.

Found it on a random search on the internet before we left Australia. Approximately $40 for use of the non motorised sports and also lunch. You get picked up at your hotel, go out on a rubber ducky type boat and spend a few hours on a large 2 storey catamaran. We went snorkelling, kayaking, swimming, jumping of diving platforms into the ocean and used a slide that goes into the ocean. You can also relax on sunbeds upstairs. They have long benches with bar stools along the side of the catamaran. You get to sit out there looking back at Waikiki. We had great fun there. Would do it again!

Hello, I see in some reviews that it says the trampoline is not there. Was this just because of the wind or is there no longer a trampoline? We were really looking forward to it.

you stay out there until about 1pm I think and then they transport you back to the Waikiki Marina. We had fun and we just did the lunch and use of facilities package. We did snorkelling, kayaking, water slide and then just relaxing on sun lounges (and lunch) We left to go there at the 10am timeslot too. Enjoy
