Looking for a break from wine...hit this small brewery in the Airport district. GREAT selections of beers. Do not provide food, but next store is this neat market & food trucks that offer excellent food options you can bring over. The Runway Market will bring over your order to Quirk. Neat spot.

The essential elements in any brewery visit are great beer and great atmosphere. Quirk Brewing has both. Had the Pilsner and IPA's which were both fantastic. The atmosphere is great for groups and couples alike. Came during the summer so sat outside. Inside also had a cool vibe. Also the food truck named Agapa's is phenomenal. Wrote a separate review of them!

Fun small local brewery that has some great outdoor seating to allow more guests. The local food van Agapas Mexican Cravings is really good & pairs great with the extensive beer selection. Fire pits for the cooler days & great staff.

Stopped in after receiving a recommendation from Adamant Cellars. The beer, staff and food were so good. The brewer makes small batches of really intriguing beers. Check it out.

Quirk Brewing is a low key effort that is worth a visit. From the Walla Walla city center the drive is about 10 minutes. Located is a small industrial park area adjacent to the regional airport with parking just across the street. The tasting room is small, but homey in feel. I enjoyed two selections on this visit, the Control Towner Pale Ale and the Ecliptic Porter. The pale ale had just enough of a hoppy approach and a mild bitterness. The porter offered a creamy mouth feel with coffee and chocolate. What really made the visit memorable was the complimentary chips and salsa that the gent running the food truck parked out front shared. It was absolutely the freshest salsa ever and the homemade corn chips were excellent! All around solid spot.

Quirk Brewing features a number of its own creations, some you'll like, others maybe not so much, but ALL are high quality and worth sampling. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, sharing a number of tips I was able to pass along to my budding-brewmaster son.

I'm more a wine guy than a beer guy, but when I want to get my hop and barley fix, nothing scratches the itch quite like Quirk. Fantastic, diverse lineup of small-production beers, my personal favorite is their Gose. Friendly bartender too! Two thumbs up, EASY!

Smack in the middle of a wine tasting area, here is beer standing proud. Many good pieces: enjoyed smoked Amber beer, indoor or outdoor seating, enjoyed mister on this hot afternoon. The TACO TRUCK was a huge find...best meal of our trip to Walla Walla. Order your tacos, slip inside brewery to get your beer, settle yourself at a table and food will find you.

Walla Walla isn't just for wine lovers as this small, fairly new local brewery proves. We stopped in near closing time to get a few quick samples of some very tasty beers. There was a food truck on site as well. I would definitely stop back when there was more time to enjoy their beers.
