This is a paved hike and was right along a creek. A nice quiet hike with the sound of the creek in the background. Waterfall was pretty!

Interesting history and cool on a hot day

We stopped by to visit the spring and falls especially. The history of the spring and town is interesting and the creek that runs along the path is clear and refreshing to step into. It was a neat little roadside attraction. You can even fill up a jug of water from the spring at your own risk. There is a water analysis plaque, so you know what is in it.

I'd love to see it in the winter when there is snow everywhere but at the falls.

Park along the River with a Spring Fed Waterfall

On the opposite side of the Fall River from the shops on River Road, this is a linear park along the banks of the river with a gazebo, and a spring fed waterfall. There is even an analysis of the water. It the middle is a spring fed waterfall that you can walk around as it cascades to the Fall River. While I did not find an specific mention, this must be the original spring, as much of the area around it looks like the natural hot springs in Hot Spring NP in Arkansas. Anyways it takes like 3 minutes to see and it is a good walk along the river. If you don't want to go to a private spring, I recommend this site for you.
