Sorry, just seeing this. I had a rental vehicle during my time in Puerto Rico. I highly recommend getting your own vehicle. I drove to the place to meet up with your company so IDK the fees, if any, for being picked up from hotels.

Hello, We have not done the snorkel tour in Culebra. The age of your 4-year old maybe a bit of an issue, they may not be able to endure a full day tour and the equipment may not fit properly. I definitely would call to and ask questions. The tour I am sure is going to show you specific areas that are cool. The other option is get your own snorkeling equipment on the main land and they are inexpensive. Walmart is probably your best option but I am sure there are other places. I just did a quick check and you can get mask, flippers and breather for less than $20. I know Walmart has kid sizes, because I got a set for my son when he was 5/6. The amount that you would pay for the tour you can get our own stuff go the Flamenco beach. You can enjoy the day at your own pace and not have to worry about a young one running out of steam. You can eat at the Kiosks; the prices are reasonable and the food is good. If you take the boat you can bring a cooler too if you want to bring food and drink. Bring plenty of sun block in either case. I hope this helped and enjoy. Let us know how everything goes.

Hola! Thank you for contacting us! We work Monday-Saturday for the Bio Bay (we do not open on Sundays ) and do 2 tours, a 6:05pm and a 8:05pm tour. You will be able to enjoy the bioluminescence in either tour. The only difference is that at the early tour you are going to be able to see more of the mangrove trees and the sunset. By the time you get to the Lagoon it's going to be dark. For beginners, families, small kids, we always try to recommend the 6:05pm tour. The bioluminescence is very unpredictable so it's very difficult to say where the water glows more, there are a lot of factors that contribute to it. I invite you to join us in this beautiful trip. You may proceed to reserve online or by phone. Also remember we have our awesome daily snorkel/ dive trip to Vieques and/or Culebra, and if you book both tours you get $10 off per person on your second excursion (or more) .
