The Ferry service is not reliable in many occasions, although I must say it has improved significantly since 2018! They now leave from Ceiba to Vieques and back and from Ceiba to Culebra and Back. There are NO ferries from Vieques to Culebra or Culebra to Vieques Yet! Hopefully soon there will be 2020!!! You may take a plane from one small island to another and then take the ferry to Ceiba from the other little island. I recommend Vieques of course because of the bioluminicent Bay and more than 21 beaches reached with car!! We live here and we love it also!! Many options to stay, shop, eat and relax! Don’t book ahead of time you can book the day of..several ferries per day. We saw many folks with rolling suitcases and backpacks. Don’t have super high expectations (not well marked, very little English, island time) but not a ‘nightmare’. Didn’t see anyone getting ‘priority’. Be flexible, go

Hi Rita: Yes, they have more than one trip from Ceiba to Culebras. Schedule is: 6 am, 10:30 am and 3 pm from Ceiba to Culebras and 7:15, 12 and 4:45 return trip. The trip to Culebras is about 45 minutes.

Hi Adventure: Yes, there is a parking lot at the dock area in Ceiba Ferry Terminal. $5 per day.

Hola Veronica: Si, hay parking en el area donde esta el nuevo puerto en Ceiba y si lo puedes dejar por 2 noches. El costo es $5.00 por día.

Hi Atomixer: It is difficult to tell you the schedule of the Vieques Ferry. They are fixing one of the Ferries and they had to change the schedule for now. They are down from 3 Ferries to only 2. The latest info is that they just got the parts needed a few weeks ago. Hopefully, by March, they will be back in the regular schedule. You can always call the terminal at (787) 497-7740. I do recommend that you call them to make reservations, specially if you are taking a car from Ceiba. Usually, cars have a different schedule.
