Elliott from Eliot Tours provided outstanding door to door customer service. Very knowledgeable and entertaining tour of Old San Juan. First class service and vehicle. Elliott was an excellent tour guide. Definitely would use them again!

EJ was our driver who picked us up promptly at the cruise terminal. His vehicle was clean and new and he supplied water for our group of 7. He drove us to the El Yunque Rainforest and told us how long it would take to get there. He took us to the visitor center and explained a lot of the vegetation. He was accommodating to my husband who couldn't walk the path to the waterfall. He dropped him off at the spot where we would be exiting the forest so he could wait for us there. EJ was very courteous, informative, and warm. I am slow walking so we really didn't have time to shop in old San Juan but EJ drove us around town pointing out landmarks and their history. He was very kind. He dropped us off at a restaurant he recommended and made sure we knew how to get back to the ship. Eliot Tours is the best!

Eliot is a fantastic tour guide. My wife and I very much enjoyed the insights and conversations as we drove to our destinations. He was careful to make sure that we saw what we wanted to see on the tour. You could not ask for better tour guide than Eliot. If you are ever in Puerto Rico and need a tour guide, call Eliot. You will not be disappointed.

What a great tour guide. Eliot picked us up at the cruise port and took us on a day tour of San Juan and the Bacardi Factory tour. He is extremely educated on the Puerto Rico history and San Juan. He treated us like VIP's and allowed us to stop when we asked and get out to take photos. He suggested a restaurant, Barrachina. It was fantastic. If you're in need for a tour guide while in Puerto Rico, look no further.

My wife and I took a private tour with Eliot on 4/21/16. He was on time, his vehicle spotless, and we had a great time. We saw old San Juan, saw the rain forest, learned about the local culture and saw all of the sites that we were interested in seeing. He spent a lot of time at the start finding out what we liked and did not like about private tours. Eliot was a fun guy, and we had a great day. We have had private tours all over the world, and this was one of the best.

It was a hard workout for a fat American who is very out if shape. It took us about 45 minutes to walk down to it, and about 1.5 hrs to get back. Our trip wasb't exactly planned so I did the hike in flip flops. 2 days later I'm still having troubles walking because my calves are so sore. My husband absolutely loved it. He was like a kid out there playing with new friends. And the water was FREEZING! Again, my husband loved it. The big kid with pink hair having all the fun, that's him :)
By the way getting around those giant rocks is like a deadly game of twister.
The waterfall and a happy husband was very much worth it.

A group of seven females, two educators and five high school students took two tours with Eliot: El Yunque and the Arecibo and Camuy caves tour. Not only were the tours themselves amazing, spending time with the tour guides, Eliot and EJ was an educational and fun filled experience. Their knowledge of Puerto Rico and it's rich history left us asking questions and wanting to know more. They were courteous, friendly, and always ready with helpful suggestions. From the time the tours were booked, they maintained excellent communication and customer service. We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting an educational and fun experience.

Eliot and E.J did a great job the 2 days we spent with their company. We went to El Yunque rainforests with E.J. One day and Eliot to Old San Juan/ BioBay the next. Both were extremely informative and made us feel welcome to their island. We not only felt like a customer, we felt like friends..great company!

We went to the rain forest and Bio bay with Eliot. He was a 10/10. Perfect mix of fun and solid information. He was well prepared and very accommodating. I would use him again.

Eliot was a fantastic tour guide. He not only gave us a tour of the rainforest but he also gave us a history of Puerto Rico. He made sure that everyone on the tour had a great time. His energy and enthusiasm was contagious! Our group enjoyed a great day in the Rainforest and ended at a delicious local meal in Loguillo. I highly recommend Eliot tours and when we return to Puerto Rico we will be using Eliot tours for sure!
