Nagyon egyszerű, de érdekes kiállítás. Tanulságos, gyerekeknekis érdekes. Ajánlom mindenkinek. 20perces séta, kedves személyzet. Olcsó a belépő. Bicajjal munkás feljönni

Nincs túl nagy infrastruktúra, de korrektül megismerhetők az előember körülményei. Kifejezetten érdekes a körséta utolsó állomása, ahol egy berendezett "lakhelyet" nézhetünk meg.

Kevesen tehetik meg a világon, hogy olyan ösvényeken járjanak és olyan terepen nézelődhessenek, ahol félmillió évvel ezelőtt az őseink mamutokra , barlangi medvékre és kardfogú tigrisekre vadásztak. Tata mellett Vértesszőlősön ez megtehető egy rövid kirándulás keretében. Az előember egykori lakhelyén megtekinthető a táboruk, az eszközeik,de még a tűzhelyük is, de az ősember nyakszirtcsontja is ki van állítva (másolatban) mert az eredetit a Nemzeti Múzeumban őrzik. Gyermekes gyaládoknak is kiváló lehetőség az ismeretek bővítésére. Tatán ingyen látogatható a gimnázium alatt, egy tized.annyi idős ősember telep, ahol közelebbi őseink laktak (valódi barlangban) kb 50.000 éve. A kettő együtt látva, mély benyomásokat hagyhat. Nem hagyható ki.

It is a prehistoric settlement and you can get to know the life (=stuggle) of the prehistoric man at the old stone pit.
One of the most ancient (some hundred thousand years old) homo finds of Europe were discovered here in the 1960s.
It is really a spectacular site if you are a fan of history! :-)
