Nice place

We visited the beach at the end of September. Plenty of space both parking-wise and sunbed-wise. The parking cost 4 euros and sun lounger + umbrella cost 15 euros.
Nice beach, clean.

There was a good eatery where we ate twice. Good and fresh!
However, the staff does not speak any English, but translation apps and limp Italian will go a long way.

Summer with flakes

The lido is well organized the guy who takes care of the umbrellas is very good and very attentive ... a unique person .. thanks Luca and thanks Loredana you are the best of lido sol d'oro. The lifeguard is the top Alberto always attentive sopratt with my daughters .Grazie really if there had not been I would not have been so happy!

Four stars for the kitchen, one for the service, none for the bill

At least four stars for the quality of the cuisine but unfortunately only one for the service. We had lunch today at the lido (despite not having an umbrella on the beach) and ordered a plate of mussels tarantina to share that arrived only after various reminders. Then two spaghetti with seafood and a plate of purple shrimp linguine. The waitress offers us to replace the linguine with spaghetti to simplify and speed up the service and we gladly accept but, surprise, the two spaghetti with the seafood arrive and then calmly (in the meantime my wife and daughter had finished their dishes) my purple shrimp linguine arrive (but didn't they have to be spaghetti to make first?). Last but not least, we take two Salento coffees that we are charged EIGHT euros each: I understand the table service and everything else but SIXTEEN euros for two coffees with almond milk seem really an exaggeration. I ask for the bill and pay by credit card but the surprise was that the waitress told me the total by voice without bringing me the receipt, and when I requested it she had to retrieve a non-tax receipt from the ball made with the paper tablecloth. Well, I come back here every year and I could have stopped more often for lunch because the quality of the cuisine must be recognized, but given everything else I will look elsewhere.

Great food but count with surprise.

Home-run Lido with acceptable services at fair prices. Great food but service with biblical times (I think because of the cuisine). The surcharge on coffee and ice cream served at the table is unacceptable. It is true that they do not apply the blanket but at least it would be correct to indicate on the menu the prices of ice cream, soft drinks and coffee served at the table instead of having the surprise bill🥲
Ps to understand a Salento coffee at the counter costs 3 euros at table 8 and is not written anywhere the price of the served😵‍💫

A terrace overlooking the sea

Establishment in Padula Bianca with beautiful sea. We did not use the lido, but we had lunch several times. Excellent and plentiful dishes. Real Apulian cuisine based on fish. The friendly, helpful and always smiling staff. An appetizing stop by the sea. To try

Who says Salento is expensive

Lido absolutely recommended .. normal prices for the period .. I must say that the Adriatic coast has much higher prices .. we also had a great time on the products of the bar and the parking 4 € all day and covered is the top ... see you next🤗

Scandalous

I thought I had ordered spaghetti with mussels and clams, too bad there was also a nail with it... crazy! The best part was that the owner simply replied "it can happen"... the dish was for a 5 year old! Without words. You were lucky only because the child's mother noticed it... I leave the choice of the next beach in Salento to the readers of this review

Nice beach

Nice beach, nothing is missing. Parking is available at €4 per day, you could wet the ground every now and then to avoid picking up dust that ends up on the cars. Luca is very nice and talented, the girl who works at the bar is also very good, I think she is the owner's daughter. Plus you eat very well at lunch.
