Flott opplevelse på ein fantastisk vingård. Me hadde ein liten tur rundt på vingården og avslutta med vinsmaking av fantastisk kvitvin, rosévin og rødvin. Kan anbefales

Our visit to I Pastini was one of our favorite experiences in the area. The tour of the vineyards and facilities was educational and engaging. Their biodynamic wines are delicious – we've tasted a lot through the years and were impressed by the results from their relatively young vines. It's wonderful to see a family honor the historic craft of winemaking while also taking innovative steps to make the entire process healthier for people and the earth. Ben fatto e grazie mille!

We had a wonderful time walking through the vineyards and facility. Our guide was so charming! Then the tasting was in a gorgeous room, open to the out of doors---wine was delicious and the little 'tastings' that went with the tasting were also good. Would definitively recommend to others. I bought a case of wine too!

We visited I Pastini in September 2022, while on a food and wine tour of Puglia. They've put a lot of money invested into making their wines, technology and marketing. Puglia hasn't really been known as a tourist destination, as a lot of Puglia wines were produced in bulk and shipped to other regions to fortify wines. Now, more and more wineries have converted to making their own.
The farm there is small compared to some others but very beautiful, located on top of a hill. There's always a breeze, so take a jacket if it cool. The wine tasting takes place in a well appointed and updated tasting center, which included some light snacks, as it usually does in Italy when you enjoy a cocktail or wine.
We've just received our case of wine we ordered and it's very pleasing wine. From Puglia's version of Rose to full bodied Primitivo, all the wines we tasted were very good. From there it's a short drive to Locorotondo, which is a lovely hilltop town, whitewashed buildings and great food and shopping...
We loved our visit to Puglia and can't wait to return again...and we'll be ordering more wine from I Pastini as soon as we finish this case! Ciao!

We did the tour which was very fun, tasted the wine and wound up shipping two cases back to America.
Great wine at a great price. don't miss this little gem.

Fun tour and tasting which includes a brief walk through the vineyards and production areas. The wines are good but tour did seem a little geared towards making sales and also rushed at times. The tour guide was excellent and fun.

Really enjoyed the tour and the tasting. Relaxed and personal not formal and stuffy.
Delivery to Uk of a couple of cases was easy and very quick. So now we are really enjoying memories with a glass of Arapago Primitivo at home.

I Pastini is as sophisticated as any winery I have visited in the US and NZ. The tasting was superb and informational. Best of all, I shipped back a case of delicious reds and friends and family are now fans!

The vineyard is absolutely beautiful to walk through, and the team is very good at sharing all the things that make this winery unique. During the tasting, they also share local treats and give very helpful descriptions of how the grapes were selected. A great find!

si certo, le nostre attività di wine tour sono riprese regolarmente rispettando le normative imposte anti-covid.
Il nostro Wine - tour comprende la visita guidata tra i vigneti di nostra produzione nel cuore della Valle d’Itria ,visita della tradizionale masseria del ‘700 con annessi originali trulli del ‘600 ,visita della nuovissima cantina con spiegazione delle fasi di vinificazione e degustazione di una selezione dei nostri vini (La selezione dei vini può cambiare in relazione alla stagionalità e alla disponibilità) accompagnati da taralli, friselline tipiche con pomodoro e basilico, olive ,fave secche.
I gruppi sono composti da massimo 22 persone.
In genere la vista e degustazione necessita di circa 1.15 h/1.30h e viene offerta anche in lingua inglese.
Il wine-tour si svolge dal lunedì al venerdì alle ore 11.00, 15.00 e 17.00 ed il sabato alle ore 11.00.
Necessaria la prenotazione tramite e-mail o telefono.

i nostri wine tours si svolgono dal lunedi al venerdi mattina e pomeriggio ed il sabato mattina, IN SEGUITO A PRENOTAZIONE.
Il nostro Wine - tour comprende la visita guidata tra i vigneti di nostra produzione nel cuore della Valle d’Itria ,visita della tradizionale masseria del ‘700 con annessi originali trulli del ‘600 ,visita della nuovissima cantina con spiegazione delle fasi di vinificazione e degustazione di una selezione dei nostri vini accompagnati da taralli, friselline tipiche con pomodoro e basilico, olive ,fave secche, il tutto con un contributo € 12,00 /persona.
I gruppi sono composti da massimo 22 persone.
In genere la vista e degustazione necessita di circa 1.15 h/1.30h e viene offerta anche in lingua inglese.
