“Very Cuban Experience... both good and bad”

我们从机场到酒店哈瓦那vinales。 在机场接我们的司机给我们时间和兑换货币。 这里一切都很好。 我们很惊讶于看到这么多品牌的雷诺新到处都是出租车还是期盼着的2小时车。 但是我们的司机好像进了就是有些旧（20岁的黄金）出租车停车场里。 车上没有安全带,引擎闹闹嚷嚷的声音此起彼伏,和车也是缺少一个命运,所以司机热有线后每一站2分钟后车离开机场。警察路过和驱动程序被要求打开中继。 我们担心这是骗局和一些我们的行李会被偷从中继,但它似乎像驱动程序实际上是加快了,服务员才的警察,也就那样。 最后一次30分钟的路程都超过农村道路 - 也有很多人是一个集会中的舞台驱动程序介意。 在美国或者欧洲都会这家1星级酒店,但考虑到我们是准时到了我们的目的地,有我们所有的东西都完好无损,一个不错的价格和我们可以在网上提前预订,必须至少在古巴4星级。

We used the services of Taxi Viñales Cuba in October 2023 to move between Varadero, Havana and Viñales. I highly recommend the company! The cars were clean, comfortable and air-conditioned, the drivers arrived early to make sure we were ready to leave on time, spoke great English and were very friendly. The drivers called the owners of our casas particulares when we arrived to make sure they met us, which we really appreciated, especially in Old Havana where it wasn't immediately obvious where to go. Communication with Taxi Viñales was seamless, we arranged it in advance of our arrival to Cuba and didn't have to worry about transportation at all while we were there. Thank you very much to Taxi Viñales for their services, made our trip very smooth and we managed to see lots of amazing places!
When we come back to Cuba, we will definitely be using this company again!

Taxi Vinales made touring Cuba so easy!

Taxi Vinales is a fantastic company!! We booked all our transportation through them prior to departing the USA. Communicating by email was easy, and we were able to ask questions about pricing, timing, stops along the way to ensure the trip was what we were looking for. Our drivers always showed up on time (or early) and knew exactly where they were going. On longer drives, we had a few stopping points for sights we wanted to see along the way, and we were able to arrange for this (in advance) with the company. Cars were clean and comfortable. I would STRONGLY recommend using this company for your trip to Cuba instead of looking for cabs/transport after you arrive.

Wir haben unsere kompletten Transfers für unsere Rundreise hier gebucht. Alle haben einwandfrei geklappt. Die Fahrer waren immer überpünktlich vor Ort und super lieb. Gebucht hab ich von Deutschland aus und eine Anzahlung über Tropipay geleistet, den Rest in USD vor Ort. Super Service, auch spontane Änderungen wurden sofort umgesetzt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Best taxi on Kuba

Die Buchung online sowie die Bezahlung via TROPIPAY war absolut einfach. Der Service sehr freundlich und der Fahrer unfassbar nett. Das Auto ein 52er chevy war im super Zustand. Super zufrieden

Excellent prestataire.
Nous avions réservé nos transferts et différentes excursions depuis la France avant notre départ.
Tout a été parfaitement organisé avec des échanges mails rapides et courtois.
Sur place, aucune surprise, aucun retard, tout était parfait.
Un numéro sur whatsapp est donné pour faciliter les échanges une fois à Cuba : très pratique et rassurant pour confirmer les rendez vous.

We were traveling as a family of 6 people and it was almost impossible to find a van for us. Taxi Vinales was one of few companies who offered us a van and for a reasonable price. The driver arrived 15 minutes early, was very polite, helped with luggage. The van itself was almost new with great working A/C.
Also, I communicated with a company a lot, asking different questions, the time response was very quick and the representatives replied in English.
Could totally recommend!

Taxi Vinales Cuba was a life-saver service. They arrived on time and all drivers were professional and kind. There were a few times we needed to change plans and had to communicate with with the service. Carlos speaks excellent English and worked very hard to help us with our needs. Would absolutely recommend.

Efficace, professionnel . Les chauffeurs toujours aimables, ponctuels . Climatisé.
Un grand merci et le bonjour à juan carlos qui nous a transporté de la havane à viñales ( en passant par l'aéroport car une valise perdu et juan carlos nous a été d'un grand secours ) , qui parle très bien français et nous a fait visiter et découvrir de belles choses route.
Encore un grand merci au super chauffer juan carlos.🤩

Проехали с этой компанией половину Кубы, удобно, можно заказать заранее и не беспокоиться.
всегда вовремя приезжала машина, всё машины с кондиционером, водители говорят по английски. Когда ехали в Виньялес, помимо трансфера мы также попросили эскупсию на английском и нам сделали персональную экскурсию, в которую был включён вкусный обед. У гида был понятный английский, всё было сделано для нашего комфорта
