Cannot recommend this outstanding service highly enough. Our driver Juan Carlos was beyond brilliant in every sense. Excellent prices, totally reliable, brilliant driver, extremely knowledgeable and great company to boot. Thanks for educating and entertaining us.

Great taxi service for Cuba. All on time! Prices are average, but generally cheaper than competitors. If you don't like the car, they'll change.

I recommend to 100% taxi Viñales!! We went to Cuba for 3 weeks with our children aged 7, 5 and almost 2 years. Check-out we wanted to rent a car to be independent but a Cuban friend advised me against it (in case of an accident Cuban law requires the driver to stay in the country until the trial...). Given the condition of some roads, the lack of signs and the unwritten driving rules we really congratulated ourselves for not renting a car. I had seen the glowing comments about Viñales taxi which I decided to trust for all our big trips on the island (5) and I did not regret it once! They are very reliable, you can pay everything online in advance from France, the vehicles are comfortable and air-conditioned, the drivers very punctual (or even in advance) and friendly, the Awards quite normal and cheaper than a car rental and they have a customer service reachable 7/7, 24 hours a day through whatsapp that is ultra responsive. We had a problem in an Airbnb that we decided to leave 2 days earlier, I contacted them, they found me a car very quickly to make the trip 2 days earlier at no extra cost. I recommend this mode of locomotion, you will gain peace of mind! Thanks again for all Taxi Viñales!

We travel 2 families of 4. We were picked up in Cayo Santa Maria and made a route for 6 days through Trinidad, Cienfuegos, Long Beach to Viñales. Everything was phenomenal, our driver Gualberto was certainly a great Pro and an excellent person who took care of us every day. 100% recommended.

We booked 3 transfers with the wine taxis. The taxis were all on time and no surprises about the transfers that went very well.
Ricardo our driver for 2 was very friendly and a talented driver to avoid obstacles and holes on the road

Amazing service! We booked all the transfers for our tour around Cuba in advance, and drivers were always on time and deliver perfect service. Customer care is excellent, always available to answer requests. Special mention for our driver Ricardo, great person and a pleasure to travel with!

I highly recommend Taxi Vinales, they are very professional and responsive. Drivers and guides of great efficiency and punctuality. You can book your transfers and excursions with your eyes closed. Very correct rates and very convenient online payment.

Nous devons aller à cuba du 13 juin au 22 juin 2020 et aurions besoin de trouver un véhicule avec chauffeur pour visite l'ile de cuba.
Certains d'entre-vous ont-ils eu recours au Taxi Vinales et dans l'affirmative quel était le prix d'une journée.
Dans la négative auprès de quel organisme ou chauffeur avez vous contacté pour organiser votre voyage.

this is always a topic of negotiations and depending onto where you want to go.
I would ask on different websites for offers, also here you will see different prices, but it gives you an excellent impression about what to expect. In Kuba we also asked official tour companies for price comparison. It give you an excellent hint for price negotiations. If you make several appointments with the same taxi driver you can get of course better prices.

HI, I've been wondering how to find a mini van for a group? I want to book from Havana to Vinales and taxis seem very expensive that I found. The bus seems too rough for a couple of the people.
Was your mini van and driver expensive? Air conditioning? It took days for me to finally find someone who used a minivan. thanks

Taxi Viñales offered 7 seats van with air condition. You will not fit 7 large suitcases, maybe 7 small ones - but then the car will be stuffed! We payed 160 cuc for the same trip. Convenient and reliable.

Il faut sans arrêt négocier. Ce ne sont pas les tarifs français et il faut trouver une cote mal taillée en rapport au salaire moyen cubain qui avoisine les 20 eu.
Une simple course peut vite grimpez 20-30 eu. Un prof gagne 25 eu, un médecin 40 eu.
Bien faire préciser aussi si le tarif est par personne ou pour la course.
