I went skiing in February with 3 friends and we all hired our ski/snowboard equipment from Vincent’s. All the equipment was excellent, the price was very competitive and the service was 5*. What was an absolute bonus was being able to leave our equipment, including ski boots on heated pegs, at the shop which meant no carrying skis back to the apartment with snow dripped off them. Vincent, Sam (English so if you don’t speak French this is a bonus) and all the staff were so friendly. I’ve been skiing over 40 times to a variety of resorts and this is definitely the best service I’ve had (and also the first ski hire review of written). Would fully recommend Vincents and will use again when we return.

After a very turbulent trip from Newcastle upon Tyne to Chatel involving cancelled flights, lost luggage ( for 48 hours ). The team at Vincent sports were amazing at getting us kitted out and even provided us with spare gloves and trousers where possible. We paid for our hire of boots, helmets, boards etc. However, the main focal point of my review was the support, good humour and empathy received and the desire to help out three men who'd be potentially be wearing the same clothes for 3 days and get them on the mountain. A massive effort and not enough stars on the chart to praise them highly enough. My hired kit was great, boots were super comfy and my board excellent to ride. Tres bien!!

After Air France lost our bags for three days of our four day trip, Sam and Vincent couldn't have been more helpful. Quality service, quality equipment, and quality people. Cheers

Great service, English speaking, very helpful

Nous sommes venus par hasard louer du matériel pour le ski. Si l'accueil du départ nous apparu un poil froid par Madame. Le petit jeune et ensuite sans doute le patron ont été de très bons conseils, très professionnels. Nous reviendrons. Merci

We hired ski's and boots for 2 adults and 2 children from Vincent while in Chatel for New Year 2017. Vincent and his team were excellent and very friendly. The shop is directly over the road from the bus stop at the church. We were able to store ski's and boots at the shop overnight and just pick up each day before heading over to Pre La Joux on the bus. This made our life much easier. We also hired some good quality sledges for 2 days to take up Super Chatel which was great as we had the place pretty much to ourselves as the slopes had not yet opened.

Vincent's was recommended to us by a family friend, and honestly we could not have been luckier. Our New Year's ski trip was a bit lacking in snow (14 degree sunshine...), but Sam and Vincent went above and beyond to accommodate the different times and days that our party rented gear, based on how much snow there was that day! The shop is right opposite the bus stop which is incredibly convenient, their team was great with the kids, and they let us store our ski gear overnight so we didn't have to carry it to and from the hotel. (In return we brought croissants in the morning). Couldn't have asked for friendlier or more helpful service. Thank you guys, and hopefully see you again soon!
