Lovely water park - but turn left from the changing rooms when entering the park to save a longer walk! Lovely and clean, friendly staff and been back already this holiday!

We where there in end of august with a couple from Liverpool, inclusive a child from 11 years old. They ask the parents how old the girl was, they say 11, they ask where they come from, they say Liverpool and let them pay full price. Thats was not far from this poor family who spend last savingmoney to Faliraki Waterpark. Once but never, really scammers. We ask for manager but the lady at desk told us to walk because more people want to go inside and she was the manager. End of story!

Taking this opportunity we would like to kindly mention that your description does not align with our practices. Our team never asks guests for personal details such as their place of origin, in compliance with privacy laws, and we handle a high volume of visitors professionally.
Regarding the ticket pricing, an 11-year-old child may be offered an adult ticket only if they meet the height requirements for all rides, including the high-speed slides. This is presented as an option to parents to ensure the child can fully enjoy and have full access to all the attractions. This is done to avoid potential disappointment when access to certain rides is restricted and to prevent the inconvenience of returning to the ticket booth to upgrade the ticket. This information regarding children’s tickets, access according to age and height and all restrictions are clearly stated in our official website.
As for the interaction you described with our staff, we have thoroughly checked our records, and there is no such report or indication of such behavior. Our team is trained to provide the highest level of service, and we have received no similar complaints.

My boyfriend and I went to Water Park yesterday, we had a super fun, exciting and great day!! 😍 Will definitely come back. We were so excited about the possibilities of the slides (for my boyfriend) and also the many other Things to do (hihi🙈 for me). So the absolute hammer, really recommended!!! 🐠🏊🏼♀️

The views were amazing, seeing as the park is set on the side of a large hill. We were there on a particularly beautifully hot and clear day. Was very relaxing experience with plenty of sunbeds (the cushioned ones), plenty of shade and close enough to any of the fun slides to cool down.
Went with the family slightly out of season so they were very few queues. Got to experience all slides in the park. Favourites were the lazy river and the twister. Also a special mention to the mat slide which we were able to race each other and make quite the splash at the bottom.
The facilities were clean and the food/shop were well stocked.
Free bus shuttles were also a great touch.
Had a great time and would recommend to anyone when visiting Rhodes.

The waterpark was not to busy, the lines for waiting were short. We bought watershoes in the supermarkt to prevent burning feet. The guards were very friendly and explained the slides well, but despite that my boyfriend got hurt on the slide with the blue matts. He was bleeding heavy from his head. The guards performed first aid and after that we could go to the hospital for stitching. They helped us well.
Overall we had a good time, just very sad that the accident happened 1 hour after entering.

Very big and diverse waterpark. Has something for everyone. Wavepool and lazy river are relaxing with the floats, food is good. The amount of stairs is insane, so be prepared!

The water park was very big and there was a variety of big slides but they felt very dangerous, on the first slide I broke a nail and lost my locker band and they are so stretchy so I lost my deposit straight away so I’d say to be careful with these and put on your ankle instead of your wrist. Also the food and drinks were so overpriced but overall a nice little visit we only stayed for two hours and that was more than enough
