I wouldn't come here! Animal cruelty!
Moreover, the park is heavily outdated, the prices for coffee from a coffee machine are absurd. All the animals are wrecking. One gives fake education about marine animals because one is made obligatory by the government. What a pathetic display. Don't go!

Bad park
Food is expensive and dirty
Get salt pot thrown over not normal
Staff serving food is Dogs brutally loose bickering was not possible and we had to stop whining and that it was on the plates was not their problem
So mom obligated kibbeling menu taken kibbeling was no good
Food is mega expensive for 4 people just 42 euros lost for bad food
Looking underwater after the dolphins? Not possible windows turned green and you saw almost nothing
Shows short and the people who tell don't seem to feel like it at all
Parking? You can walk 10 minutes from nearest parking
Around bad park definitely not recommended and we will never get there again

Mega expensive park which is very dated! Nothing has changed here in the last 20 years. Park is super expensive and so are the consumptions!
Parking is done on the other side of Harderwijk and every 10 minutes there is a train. Then it can take even before you are on the train when it is busy. We had to wait quite a long time. A waste of our time.
No attention has been paid to the park for the last 20 years. Looks neglected. Paint leaves the buildings, many things damaged etc etc. Sad intention I expect bankruptcy to arrive soon.

Terrible jerk park.
Everything is exactly as it was 20 years ago.
Parking is rough, everyone who is looking for a parking space is doing something, everyone is driving at each other and blocking each other, there is no space...
Yes on the boulevard site where you can park Max for 3 hours.
The number of animals is jerk.
Suddenly you need coins for certain performances they didn't have before...
You barely see an animal.
After a visit of no less than 56 minutes we were already at the car.
Never again.

In itself nice park with number of shows and animal enclosures. However, you are basically through within a few hours. Price-quality ratio is therefore not quite right.

Yesterday we went to the Dolphinarium with our adult children and grandson (7 people in total). It's been a long time since we've been there. It seemed like time had stood still: it looks old and worn! My wife is in an electric wheelchair and had a lot of trouble getting to certain places and then often on paths of poor quality! This park is wheelchair accessible, but not wheelchair friendly! It was already difficult to find the entrance with a disabled parking space: the signage is not great!
The animals seem well cared for and the keepers/trainers also make a great impression. For the inner man you better bring your own, because six euros for a bowl of lukewarm chips is quite pricey!
The playground with swimming pool and water slides was busy and that makes sense: that looks great!
With an entrance fee of 30 euros, this park is far too expensive, too old and poorly maintained and moderate for wheelchair users. The staff is not visible enough (no one can be seen in the park except at the attractions and refreshments); probably a shortage of staff here too. In short: moderate park with too high prices!!!

A waste of money. Poorly maintained, dirty or broken. Shows are long-winded, boring and still have little to do with show. The staff who work there obviously have little fun with it. I would advise anyone not to come here.

The park is VERY small. First of all, I was shocked and thought, “Our outdoor pool is bigger and I will be through in 20 minutes!”. But you can't rate this park without the animal shows. The dolphin show is really very good and worthwhile and takes about 25-30 minutes. The one with the big walrus is also good. The orca you see on Google when you enter the park no longer exists. It washed up in 2017 and was only there for a short time. The rest isn't so good for adults. And that's where we get to the whole point: The park is good for children. Especially when it's warm and sunny. They can pet rays here and in good weather the children can take their swimwear and splash (there are great slides and pools at the back of the park) and also play areas. So kids around the age of 10 get their money's worth here. As for the general costs, the entrance fee is reasonable. The parking ticket cost 10 euros (I already found a lot) and the gastronomy was also too expensive for me (two small cups of coffee or cappuccino for 13 euros, etc.). I would advise taking food with me or eating outside the park. What I didn't like at all were the toilets. Well... I ended up in the park for 3 hours watching several shows and it was actually really nice. Then I went to the fashion outlet center “Batavia Stad”. This is a good 25 minutes away by car and that together was a very nice day for me. The fashion outlet also featured an old ship and there is also a shipyard museum. So you can do something in the region.

What a demise, animals in awfully small enclosures. Cup of coffee €4.00. Croquettes after 2:00 p.m. Terribly neglected. That this is allowed?! Never come here again.
