If you are in Cowbridge and want to find a tranquil haven then this is the spot. Beautifully maintained by a dedicated team of volunteers. I'm no gardener but I loved this spot. Easily found opposite the Bear Hotel, which is also excellent.

Stayed over the night at The Bear (lovely hotel ) and had an afternoon to walk about Cowbridge, lots of lovely green spaces . Loved this garden that is maintained by local volunteers I believe ,

It is a lovely place away from the hub bub to sit or stroll and be at one with nature. All the plants are labelled so you can see what each was grown for in the past snd sometimes on the present. It is a peaceful haven.

If you're in Cowbridge you must have a visit here pick up a coffee & home made scone from the Elephant & Bun Deli in the centre of town delicious & take across to the gardens .

Such a beautiful garden and well kept. So many different plants and flowers. The garden as plenty of seating area's scattered around for you to relax. Highly recommend a visit.

An absolute haven in the centre of town. Have been here many times when we've needed an uplift. Volunteers are helpful and really well informed about what is growing, Recommend you visit on Thursday when the plant sale is open.

Yes - groups are welcome and it can be a great idea to contact them first as they will often make sure there is one of the volunteers on hand to give a tour and answer questions. Check out the Cowbridge Physic Garden website for all contact details.
There are also links to information about the plants and history etc.
It is a small garden with level access...but no toilets or facilities onsite. It is in the centre of Cowbridge so facilities are nearby, including bus stops to and from Cardiff within easy distance.
