Lovely ladies and very helpful. English spoken. Situated right on the canal. Just walk past all the restaurants on the Canal side in Trèbes and it's at the very end.

Accueil sympathique. Beaucoup de documentation, plans, brochures. Donne une bonne vision de toutes les activités à faire sur le Grand Carcassonne.
Nous avons eu beaucoup d'explications, d'informations et de conseils.
Bureau situé au bord du Canal du midi, pas loin des 3 écluses.

J'ai fait la balade promenade croisière Cité.
Bateau très bruyant, odeur désagréable, commentaires riches en information, mais malheureusement avec le bruit et l'accent de la personne qui commentait, difficile de suivre.
La vue panoramique sur la cité, il faut des jumelles pour apprécier. Le passage de l'écluse intéressant, le reste sans plus.
Très déçu

Bonjour , il semble que cet avis concerne un bateau promenade au départ de Carcassonne (il n'y en a pas à Trèbes) et non l'antenne de l'Office de Tourisme située à Trèbes.

Lors de la découverte du Canal du Midi, une petite escale et une visite à l'office du tourisme de Trebes s'imposait.
Accueil très convivial.

Well I think the service has declined There is claearly less staff ,less local arts and crafts on display and overall very poor merchandise

Hello, the information center has effectively changed management, it used to be a local association that organized exhibitions and had a large shop.
We are now an antenna of Grand Carcassonne and we focus on giving tourist information , organizing tours, promoting our region and much more..
We have a selection of local products and crafts and are happy to advise the neighbour shops to the office who sell wine, jams, olives and other local products.

My wife went in and learned about a local artist selling her wares in a nearby local wine merchants. You wouldn't have known where it was without this nugget of knowledge from a lady speaking excellent English. She also told of us good places to shop at in town and a little bit of local history.

Fun and informative trip along the canal from Carcassonne train station along to the lock. Wonderful panoramic views of the walled city with snow-capped Pyrenees in the distance. Multilingual guide made trip even more fun.Lots of local lizards and beautiful bugs spotted in the shade of the Plane trees lining the towpath. Lovely way to while away a sunny afternoon.
