潜水游真的很棒，主要想他们改变的事情是潜游的时间，30分钟太短了。如果我们有多点时间，我们还会再去远点的地方参观遗迹或景点。总的来说，这里有很多鱼，是潜水的绝佳选择，尽管我真的听不见向导教练在说什么，因为我身后的孩子们都在兴奋大吵。最好这里限制只有成人参加，因为去到封闭的房间那些小孩就会很吵。

Hello Ben S, thank you so much for your rating and kind comment! Due to safety reasons we have to leave and enter the harbour on the surface although passengers are already underwater. This takes around 4 minutes each way. The rest of the time the submarine is fully submerged and for it to reach the underwater mountain and back it takes 45min minimum. Having felt the ride too short is good news since when having fun time flies! If you are a scuba diver it might have felt very different indeed. It gives divers a chance to take their kids 100ft deep with them without getting wet! Thank you for your suggestion all the same. In general a nice trip and I love their introduction of all fishes, the price is also acceptable. During transfer bus, they record all passenger names in order to generate a diving certificate for each. In the end I found my name on the certificate is spelled wrong.I request them to reprint it. First they say it is my mistake , then they say it is their mistake and sorry, then printing machine doesn’t work so they create a manual one by pen. Then I smiled and asked : Is it possible to generate a new one while electricity is back and just leave in my hotel reception so I can pick up.(Their bus driver drive to our hotel almost everyday ) Then they declined and said you have to come here to pick up by yourself. Supervising, they also emphasized this is a gift so you should not ask more, their manager said “manual one is more valuable “ and she pushed me away: “ The transport bus is going to leave, so you have to decide if you accept this solution” . Finally I have to accept it and go on the bus. I would suggest them to consider from customer side if possible. Dear Jameszhang8888 Thank you for leaving us some feed back from your experience with Submarine Safaris. Firstly, we are pleased that you enjoyed the actual trip on the Submarine. Regarding your issue with your certificate. A spelling mistake was made. Unfortunately, at the time of handing over the certificates, we experienced a power cut and could not therefore re print your certificate with the correct spelling. We hand wrote your certificate in Beautiful Caligraphy but you were not happy with this. It was a very hetic moment in our reception area at that time with 88 people sheltering from the rain which added to the stress of your situation. We are sorry that we could not offer what you felt to be an acceptable solution. If you would like to send us an email through the "Contact Us" Section with your correct Name and Address, we will happily print your certificate and mail it to you. Many Thanks

下次去好水跟家人一起来的,作为一个潜水者自己我觉得有点单调动作中的我还是比较喜欢但是因为我从来没见过一个王府很值得体验体验的。 我本来应该仅在我去的那天是周四的英语但是他们在说徳语和西班牙语也这有点烦人告诉我这是因为会有更多"深度"旅游（双关 哈哈 ）,遗憾的是没有什么可看的,不是太大的沉船和一对夫妇或一个潜水员喂鱼看了因为我想让我很羡慕在外面也在那里。 一个小小的快速参观很忙但他们在45分钟,仅仅只有一句话要说的是一个出租车司机带我们去那里! 疯子! 不知道是不是出了什么问题教练ems/dpf过滤器（这是一个很吵的蜂鸣噪音从仪表板他）因为他的轰鸣声就像一个驱动程序和车赛跑我们都觉得当我们下了大巴晃动而不是一个结果。…阅读更多
