Always great service and a beautiful setting … good snacks and drinks - can’t go wrong!

Customer service poor 😔 we were visiting Cambridge and like many people these days, we are on a budget so took our own lollies...the staff member was so rude and confiscated them. Perhaps it was wrong...but her attitude was appalling! Never ever had that happen before in my life! Won't visit again 😔

Out of town had heard about the lovely Tivoli boutique movie theater, and it is . Though one extremely rude staff member who had zero customer service experience and should NOT be on any counter EVER ...most unpleasant person .

We love this intimate venue as it delivers far more than the large Cinema's.
The Staff are just lovely, the Cakes and Coffee delicious, it has a nice relaxing atmosphere, and sitting in a comfy two seater couch to watch the Movie, is so nice.
We come often even though it is an hour and half drive, worth it. Thank you.

This is a lovely spot with nice two-seater couches you can sit down with your other half and watch a movie like you would in your own home. Yet with a massive screen and the newest movies. A must-do experience. Very different from the likes of Hoyts and event, which feel much more corporate.

We love going to Tivoli. It manages to feel relaxed but also really elegant at the same time. The couch seats are really comfy, and they offer blankets for you to take in encase you get cold.

Had been toying with the idea for quite a while about going to Tivoli, glad we did. The staff were pleasant and the setting was very good, we liked the idea of having a couch to sit in to watch the movie. The only downside was there was quite a bit of mess left on the seats from previous patrons that was not cleared in between sessions, other than that is was pretty enjoyable. Good selection of food and drink, the lounge and bathrooms were well maintained. Definitely recommend.
