Absolutely amazing time. The spa is phenomenal and the staff there go that extra Mile. The suites are pure luxury. Been before and look forward to our next trip. Big shout out to Moira such a wonderful member of staff

The massage for myself and my dad we hated, we booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage we we in and out in 40 minutes, poor quality massage no effort was made by the therapists on the massages we both came out disappointed with our £110 treatment. Lunch poor choice, salad, panini or pasta. If you buy something you have to keep going downstairs to your locker as your robe has no pockets. Extremely disappointed to be honest. Will not book a spa day there again!

Just returned from an overnight spa trip staying in a spa suite. We were blown away with our accommodation. It was lovely and clean with lovely little touches such as chocolate covered strawberries. The spa facilities are spread over 2 floors and consist of various steam and sauna rooms and a pool. Every member of staff that we encountered was friendly and welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending a trip to this spa.

This is a lovely spa with plenty to do. We had the overnight package so we stayed in a spa suite.
The spa suite room is absolutely beautiful and clean.
The overnight package is well worth the money. Lunch, £70 towards dinner, breakfast the next day and a complimentary treatment are all included.
We also had a concierge on arrival, Melanie, who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful so thanks to her!
The food in the cafe was really good and the staff were very friendly.
The spa itself was lovely and well-appointed with plenty to do and plenty of staff wandering around if you need any help.
The only minus point I have is not because of the spa itself. Some guests’ conduct was a bit questionable. A couple were loudly kissing on one of the water beds and another group of guests’ talking volume was set to “yap loud” level. This isn’t the spa’s fault tho.

Special treat for recently birthing daughter and her mum.
Spa had no ambience.
Repetitive, steam room, saunas, rain forest showers, all virtually the same experience.
Zen garden was basic, pool area had a jacuzzi effect, inside small pool like plunge pool looked like in need of refurb.
Treatments were expensive starting at £65 for 25 minutes.
Perhaps this large, sterile, style may suit others.
We didn’t try the mini spa tutorial sessions, these were available free of charge.
Restaurant was smart, ordered humus and vegetable panini which was in fact a flat bread with little filling. Side salad was soaked in water which managed to drench the panini

Lovely Lovely spa, my 4th time visiting. Had a lovely voya wrap treatment that left me feeling incredibly relaxed for days! This was our first time visiting on a weekday and it was a very different experience from visiting over the weekend. Food has improved, but we were disappointed that the blueberry croissant is no longer on the menu.
Lost one star due to the sun bed claiming, there were a number of other guests that were in the pool or in the spa that had laid claim to the outdoor sunbeds meaning none were available for other guests. At one point, only 2 were in use but the rest had towels and possessions placed on them meaning that we couldn't use them. Another minor gripe is the number of people on their phones (a couple on facetime or taking photos!) We only saw one person being reminded of the etiquette. We would also ask that staff politely remind people of the etiquette, and to keep to hush tones too, rather than holding loud conversations in the meditation rooms!
None of the above would stop us from coming again, but would definitely encourage us to rebook sooner.

Really enjoyed our trip to aqua sana, food was great, facilities were good, bit over crowded at time’s.
I was helped by a lady called Helen she was absolutely fantastic so helpful and polite and answered all the questions I had about the spa! It’s not often you come across really nice staff nowadays, but she was a gem! Thanks Helen!

I’ll begin this review by saying we are (sadly) not regular spa goers! So we can’t really compare to other places… but if you’re in the same boat let this be your sign to book that spa visit! It is expensive of course, but so were all the much smaller spas we looked at. Overall we were very impressed with the quality and variety of our spa experience, and had a lovely time. My mum and I went for the afternoon tea package and were very excited by all the little luxuries - from our thick towel robes to iced water with lemon and orange in the lobby area! The spa really does have a LOT of different ‘experiences’, which made it easy to fill an afternoon without any treatments - in fact we felt treatments would’ve have taken up too much precious spa time! There were lots of different temperature saunas and steam rooms if you’re not a fan of the high heat, and we also loved the more low-key rooms like the foot spa and the ‘relaxation rooms’ (loungers, magazines and chatting!) The pool was hilarious with very intense water jets which would come on with no warning - lots of fun. We went on a Tuesday, but in school holidays, and it wasn’t crowded - we didn’t have to wait for anything - although there are plenty of other rooms to try if your chosen one is full. We enjoyed our afternoon tea and they were easily able to change the sandwiches since we’re both vegetarian. We sat on the outdoor terrace in the sun and enjoyed the forest views typical of Centre Parcs. We got our moneys worth in use of the free products alone! Not just shower gel and lotion, but shampoo, conditioner, cleanser, and toner! The staff were helpful without being overbearing, and although new to us we didn’t feel out of place among the luxury. Although we dutifully left at 6:29 you could probably hang around a bit longer, and nobody minds if you have a wander round the lake or a trip to one of the Centre Parcs restaurants. It’s possible we were overexcited about some things which were typical of any spa, but I really think anybody can find enjoyment and relaxation in such a varied and lovely place. We will most likely return - or perhaps try out another Aqua Sana!

We paid an additional cost for treatments but we were only on spa day. You get b/fast lunch and the use of the facilities and swimming pool
plus use of towel and robe. They did not give flip
flops so take your own or end up walking round bare foot not a good idea.

We asked on arrival and were not told
we do not need them and it’s our choice. We were the only people in the restaurant without flip flops and felt out of place so we bought some. Definitely take flip flops with you. We were not given any, we had to buy them
