We paid an additional cost for treatments but we were only on spa day. You get b/fast lunch and the use of the facilities and swimming pool plus use of towel and robe. They did not give flip flops so take your own or end up walking round bare foot not a good idea.

We asked on arrival and were not told we do not need them and it’s our choice. We were the only people in the restaurant without flip flops and felt out of place so we bought some. Definitely take flip flops with you. We were not given any, we had to buy them

Yes found them to be accommodating, I too don’t like a man doing my treatment but very professional here

All of the restaurants are lovely here but for something different I would choose Cafe Rouge (French) or Las Iguanas (South American)
